Claims (9)

1. Housing assembly, especially for dwelling purposes , having the features s a) at least two single house elements are assigned to each other; b) each single house element comprises its own, weight bearing, hollow central column; c) on the inside of each central column there is provided a stair case accessible from the outside and/ox an elevator; d) around the central columns there are mounted horizontal storey discs which are accessible from the inside of the central columns? e) the storey heights of the single house elements are offset against each other; f) all storey discs have the same height; characterized by the features : g) the storey discs have at each single house element a separation from each other which equals the total height of each storey disc; h) the single house elements are arranged so close to each other, that the storey discs of one single house element grip comblike the neighbouring storey discs of the other single house element.
2. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterized in tha the storey discs form a polygon in plan view*

5. Assembly according to one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that to construct a slab block the central columns of the house elements are arranged side by side on a straight, curved or angula base Una.
6. Assembly according to Claim 5 , characterized in that to form a multilayered slab block, the central columns of the house elements are arranged on a plurality of straight or curved base lines which are parallel to each other.
7. A building having a plurality of accommodation units and a plurality of hollow, load-bearing columns, wherein each unit is mounted on a column; units ar spaced apart on a column a distance not less than the height of a unit; and one unit on one column is disposed partly between adjacent units on another column.
