Claims (17)
1. - A clamping and fastening device for pipes, tubes, cables and similar articles by insertion into a wall, characterised in that it is stamped out from a strip or any other suitable material, profiled on the unfolded penetrating portion, obturated at its end by folding and overlying, thereby forming any tubular section allowing, through a fastening means, to clamp the other end provided with a fastening opening, together with two foldable stampings allowing the formation of a clamping ^collar.
2. - A clamping and fastening device according to claim 1, characterized in that it may be made of plastic material, aluminium, copper or any other suitable material.
3. - A clamping and fastening device according to any of claims 1 and 2 , characterized in that the penetrating portion is profiled transversally , e.g. with a semi-circular shape, folded at half-length and folded back upon itself, thereby forming a cylindrical tubular section or any other section which may be housed in a round hole.
4. - A clamping and fastening device according to any of claims 1 to 3 , characterized in that the penetrating portion may form a truncated section facilitating the driving thereof into a wall, the adjustment of the insertion depth and, if required, the withdrawal thereof.
5. - A clamping and fastening device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it may be obturated by folding at the end of the penetrating portion, so that it may be driven with a punch or a metallic rod.
6. - A clamping and fastening device according to any of claims 1 tot 5, characterized in that the penetrating portion may comprise at least two projecting lips, e.g. along with a spring effect keeping and guiding the parallelism.
7. - A clamping and fastening device according to claim 6, characterized in that the lips may comprise half-perforations.
8. - A clamping and fastening device according to any of claims 1 to 7 , characterized in that the penetrating portion may be provided peripherally with perforations staggered or not staggered relative to those of the lips.
9. - A clamping and fastening device according to claim 8, characterized in that the perforations may have projecting lips.
10. - A clamping and fastening device according to claim 1, characterized in that the penetrating portion may have a fastening means, e.g. a strip stamped out from a material and being used to fasten the other end.

14. - A clamping and fastening device according to any of claims 1, 12 and 13, characterized in that the other end may be provided transversally with stud holes so that both stampings may be folded more easily to form a clamping collar.
