Abstract

Zur Befestigung von Dämmstoffplatten oder dgl. an einem Mauerwerk oder an einer Unterkonstruktion ist ein Halteelement bekannt, das einen Halteteller mit einem daran angeformten hohlen Schaft aufweist. Durch den Schaft wird ein Nagel eingeschoben und soweit in den Untergrund eingetrieben, bis der Halteteller an der Oberseite der Dämmstoffplatte zur Anlage kommt. Über den an einer Anschlagfläche im hohlen Schaft aufsitzenden Nagelkopf ist das Halteelement am Mauerwerk befestigt. Durch die zweiteilige Ausführung des bekannten Halteelementes sind zwei Arbeitsgänge zu dessen Verankerung erforderlich. Zunächst wird der Halteteller mit dem angeformten Schaft in die Dämmstoffplatte eingedrückt und anschließend der Nagel durch den Schaft hindurch in den Untergrund eingetrieben. Des weiteren muß das Ende des hohlen Schaftes erheblich verstärkt werden, um die vom Nagelkopf ausgehenden Verspannkräfte aufnehmen zu können. Schließlich ist weder der Nagelkopf noch der Nagelschaft gegen Korrosion geschützt.For fastening insulation boards or the like. Der Nagelkopf stützt sich zur Verspannung des Halteelementes an einer durch eine Vertiefung im Halteteller gebildeten Auflagefläche ab. Zum Schutz gegen Korrosion ist über den Nagelkopf eine Kunststoffkappe gestülpt, die den Innenraum des Schaftes nach der Montage des Halteelementes abdichtet. Auch bei diesem zweiteiligen Halteelement sind zwei Arbeitsgänge für die Montage erforderlich. Ferner kann es bei dem bekannten Halteelement zu einer vorzeitigen Spreizung kommen, die eine ausreichende Verspannung der Dämmstoffplatte über den Halteteller verhindert. Damit kann die Verspannung der Dämmstoffplatte unabhängig von der Verankerung des Halteelementes im Bohrloch des Ankergrundes bestimmt werden.
