Abstract

  • 1. Das europäische Patent 0 844 402 wird mit Wirkung für das Hoheitsgebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland dadurch teilweise für nichtig erklärt, dass
  • a) dem Wortlaut des erteilten Patentanspruchs 1 ange fügt wird: „und wobei der Schlagbolzen (5) mit Wulsten (6) versehen ist, derart, dass er nach dem Einführen im Tellerbereich klemmend festgehalten ist”
  • b) und sich die Patentansprüche 2 bis 5 bei unverändertem Wortlaut auf die geänderte Fassung des Patentanspruchs 1 rückbeziehen.
