Abstract

Piperazine and piperidine derivatives of the general formula I <IMAGE> in which the substituents are defined in claim 1, as well as their salts with acids, are obtained by reacting a corresponding reactive ester with a compound of the general formula III and, where appropriate, converting the products which have been prepared into the corresponding salts using acids. The compounds of the general formula I, as well as their pharmacologically tolerated salts with acids, exhibit, for example, strong effects as antianaphylactics and antihistamines and are consequently useful active compounds in human and veterinary medicine. <IMAGE> [GB1579365A]
