Abstract

The cephalosporin derivatives of the formula I in which the symbols have the meanings stated in Claim 1 are antibiotics. They are prepared from the 7-acylaminocephalosporanic acid of the formula II by replacement of the acetoxy group by the appropriately substituted 5-mercaptotetrazole. <IMAGE> [GB1570093A]
