Abstract

1508589 Ice-making UNILEVER Ltd 26 March 1975 [28 March 1974] 13801/74 Heading F4H Ice confections, e.g. ice lollies, of re-entrant shape are formed by filling ice confection mix into thin-wall flexible elastic moulds 1, inserting a handle 6 into the mix in each mould and applying a freezant to the outer surface of each mould, e.g. by inserting the moulds into a brine bath, to freeze the mix and anchor the handle. The handle is then withdrawn so as to cause the mould to distort and release an ice confection of re-entrant shape on the handle. [GB1508589A]
