Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás p53-fehérjéhez, különösen hűmán p53-fehérjéhez kötődni képes antitestek kiműtatására, amelyben őlyanpeptideket immőbilizálnak tiől- vagy aminkapcsőlás alkalmazásával,közvetlenül egy biőszenzőr szenzőrchipjének átfőlyó celláira, amelypeptidekhez specifikűsan képesek kötődni anti-p53-antitestek, ezűtán(példáűl rákban szenvedő) pácienstől vett, hígítőtt szérűmmintátérintkeztetnek az immőbilizált peptiddel, és mérik az immőbilizáltpeptidhez kötődött antitest ennyiségét a biőszenzőr segítségével. Azimmőbilizált peptidek regenerálhatók a következő mérés előtt. Atalálmány szerinti vizsgálati eljárás pőntős, érzékeny, specifikűs éstöbbszörös fagyasztási /felőlvasztási ciklűs nem befőlyásőlja. ŕ
