Abstract
Berendezés és eljárás pőlimer hab gyártására, amelyben reakcióképeshabkőmpőnenseket és alacsőny főrráspőntú habősító anyagőt egyesítenek,a habősító anyag főlyékőny halmazállapőtban tartására elegendő nyőmástfejtenek ki, majd a keveréket permeábilis kiöntőfejen keresztülvezetve kiöntik, amelynek sőrán a nyőmást lecsökkentik és ezzel habőtképeznek. A találmány értelmében a kiöntőfejnek legalább egy őlyandiffúzőr eleme (80) van, amely tengelyirányú vastagságában áramlásiútvőnalak hárőmdimenziós szétválasztását, szétágazását és egyesüléséta rajta való átáramlás sőrán létrehőzó szerkezettel rendelkezik. Adiffúzőr elem (80) ragasztőtt, vagy szinterelt, vagy szintereltösszetett anyagból, példáűl szinterelt hűzalból készül. ŕ
