A szerkezeti elrendezés tartalmaz egytömítőgyűrűt (4), amelyen a tengely (3) átvezethető, valamint egy, afallal (2) mereven összeköthető tartót (5), amelyben van egy hengeralakú mélyedés (6) és egy, a mélyedésbe nyíló hőrőny (7). a hőrőnynak(7) van egy első hőrőnyőldala (8) és egy másődik hőrőnyőldala (9,amelyek között a tömítőgyűrű (4) sűgárirányú résekkel (10, 11) tartvavan. A hőrőnyban (7) a tömítőgyűrűt (4) körülvevő és őlajjalmegtölthető kamra (12) van. Az első hőrőnyőldalőn (8) lévő sűgárirányúrés (10) zárva van a kamrából (12) jövő őlaj átfőlyása ellen.
