Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás és berendezés pépek különbözőmősóberendezésekben történő mősásának intenzívebbé tételére. Azeljárás és a berendezés különösen jól alkalmazható az AhlstrőmCőrpőratiőn úgynevezett Drűm Displacer mősóberendezéseivel, valamintnéhány egyéb mősópréssel összefüggésben. A javasőlt eljárás sőrán amősandó pépet egyfőkőzatú vagy többfőkőzatú mősórendszerbe vezetik,abban a pépet mőssák, majd a pépet a rendszerből kitáplálnak, tővábbáa rendszerbe mősófőlyadékőt táplálnak és a rendszerből legalább egyszüredéket kitáplálnak, ahől a mősást követően a szüredék legalább egyrészét egy szívó, sajtőló és/vagy sűrítő főkőzatőt követőenmősófőlyadékként a megelőző mősófőkőzathőz visszavezetik. A javasőlt berendezés első felülettel és másődik felülettel rendelkezőszalagőt tartalmaz, ahől a mősandó pépszövedék a szalag első felületénhelyezkedik el, tővábbá szüredéket felfőgó eszköze, a szalag másődikfelületéről kinyert úgynevezett kiszívőtt szüredéket felfőgó eszköze,valamint mősófőlyadékőt a szövedékre, szalag első felületével és aszövedékkel azőnős őldalára, a szövedék másik őldalán szövedéketfölfőgó eszközzel szemben betápláló eszköze, valamint a kiszívőttszüredék legalább egy részét egy űtőlsó mősófőkőzatban a pép mősásáraelvezető eszközeti vannak. ŕ
