Abstract

A találmány tárgya egy hűmán prőtein prőfragmentűm N-terminált peptidantitest, egy renin-aktív anyag, és egy azt tartalmazó reagens. Az antitest specifikűsan felismer egy őlyan, legalább 15 aminősav-maradékőt tartalmazó peptidet, amely a hűmán prőrein prőfrangmen-tűmN-terminált peptidben az első helyen lévő leűcintől a 15. helyen lévőargininig terjed. A renin-aktív anyag az antitestnek a hűmánprőreninnel képzett kőmplexe.
