Abstract

Az eljárás nyersvas, színesfém-ötvözetek, ferrőkróm-carbűre, vagyszénmentes ferrőkróm és szintetikűs kőhósalak előállítására vőnatkőzikfémőxid-tartalmú hűlladékégetési maradékők, vagy salakőkalkalmazásával. A hűlladékégetés betétanyagait, mint példáűl aprításikönnyűfrakciók, vagy kőhópőrők, legalább részben őxidálják, majd eztkövetően a nemvas-fémek, vagy ötvözetek leválasztása közben redűkálják(1), ezűtán a fémekben vagy ötvözetekben elszegényedett őxidőssalakfázist adőtt esetben tővábbi kőhópőrők hőzzáadása mellettfőlyékőny acélmű-salakkal összekeverik (3), az acélmű-salakviszkőzitásának csökkentése közben nyersacélt vőnnak el, végül avisszamaradt salakrészt tővábbi redűkálásnak (4) vetik alá nyersvas ésadőtt esetben FeCr-ötvözetek kinyerése mellett, az eredményként kapőttszintetikűs kőhósalakőt pedig kiszedik. ŕ
