Abstract

A találmány tárgya új eljárás nagy tisztaságú indolokarbazol-glikozid-származékok előállítására, mely vegyületek gátolják tumorsejteknövekedését, és így felhasználhatók emlősöknél például a rákkezelésére. A találmány szerinti (I) képletű indolokarbazol-glikozid-származékok kristályait nagy tisztaságban úgy állítják elő, hogy (i)lényegében egy alkoholból, egy savból, vízből és valamely (I)általános képletű vegyületből álló savas elegy pH-értékét bázisthasználva körülbelül 1,5 és körülbelül 6,5 közötti pH-értékre állítjákbe; (ii) az (i) lépésben kapott oldat hőmérsékletét körülbelül 50 °Cés körülbelül 100 °C közötti hőmérsékleten tartják; és (iii) az (I)általános képletű célvegyület kristályait elkülönítik.
