Abstract

A találmány tárgya vezetőképes padlóburkolat és eljárás annakelőállítására. A vezetőképes padlóburkolat, amely első polimeranyagúrészecskékből, második, az első részecskéket körülvevő, azelektromosságot elvezető részecskékből áll, és ahol a másodikrészecskék az első és a második részecskék közötti térben apadlóburkolat alsó és felső oldala közé vannak sajtolva, továbbá apadlóburkolatnak legalább egy vágott felülete van és azelektromosságot vezető második részecskék a padlóburkolat felső ésalsó oldalát összekötő vezetőcsíkokat képzően vannak kialakítva ésamelyet az jellemez, hogy első részecskéi legalább egy granuláltelasztomer anyagból mátrixot képzően vannak kialakítva, és amelyben amásodik részecskék az első részecskék részecskehatárának hosszábanelektromosságot vezető csíkként vannak elrendezve. A találmányszerinti eljárás jellemzője, hogy a. legalább egy vulkanizálatlanelasztomerkeveréket granulálnak, b. a 2-8 mm lyukátmérőjű rostánátmenő nagyságú granulátumrészecskéket elektromosságot vezető anyaggalvonják be, c. formába alakítják és az első sajtolási eljárásban 5-200bar speciális nyomáson és 60-120°C hőmérsékleten tömörítik éstérhálósítják, d. csíkokra vagy lemezekre vágják, e. a másodiksajtolási eljárásban vulkanizálják.
