Abstract

Egy ultrahang-átalakító berendezés (10) egy korong alakú piezokerámiarezgőalkatrészt tartalmaz (11), melynek felső oldalán egy l/4vastagságú illesztőtest (13), alsó oldalán pedig csillapító massza(14) és egy szigetelő réteg (17) található. Az érintkező huzalok -egyúttal az általuk okozott problémák - kiiktatására a piezoelektromosrezgőalkatrészt (11) körülvevő műanyag alkatrészeket[illesztőtest(13), csillapító massza (14) és szigetelő réteg (17)] elektromosanvezetővé teszik, és ezeken keresztül hozzák létre az elektromoskapcsolatot a piezoelektromos rezgőalkatrésszel (11). Az illesztőtest(13) előnyösen műgyantával elkevert fémbevonatú mikroméretűüveggolyócskákból áll. A csillapító massza (14) és a szigetelő réteg(17) ohmos ellenállását vezetőképes korom hozzáadásával csökkenthetik,így elektromos érintkezőként használhatják ezeket.
