Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás cellulózalapú termékek, előnyösen faanyagimpregnálására, melynek során a terméket lenolajjal kezelik megemelthőmérsékleten és nyomáson egy autoklávban, azzal jellemezve, hogy akövetkező lépéseket végzik: a) az autoklávba betöltik a kezelendőterméket, b) az autoklávba betöltik a víz forráspontjánál magasabbhőmérsékletre melegített lenolajat a terméket elfedő mennyiségben, c)az autoklávot vákuum alá helyezik, melynek során a hőmérsékletetállandó értéken tartják, és a termékbe zárt vizet gőz formájában éslevegőt a termékből felszabadítják, d) a lenolajat elvezetik azautoklávból, és ezzel egyidejűleg a víz forráspontjánál alacsonyabbhőmérsékletű lenolajat vezetnek az autoklávba előnyösen túlnyomásalatt, és e) a hideg lenolajat elvezetik az autoklávból, az autoklávotkívánt esetben vákuum alá helyezik a felesleges olajnak a termékbőltörténő eltávolítása érdekében, majd az impregnált terméket azautoklávból eltávolítják. ÓThe subject of the invention is a process for impregnating cellulose-based products, preferably wood, during which the product is treated with linseed oil at elevated temperature and pressure in an autoclave, characterized by the following steps: a) the product to be treated is loaded into the autoclave, b) linseed oil heated to a temperature higher than the boiling point of water is loaded into the autoclave in an amount that covers the product, c) the autoclave is placed under vacuum, during which the temperature is kept at a constant value, and the water enclosed in the product is released in the form of steam and air is released from the product, d) the linseed oil is drained from the autoclave, and at the same time, linseed oil with a temperature lower than the boiling point of water is preferably fed into the autoclave under excess pressure, and e) the cold linseed oil is drained from the autoclave, the autoclave is placed under vacuum if necessary in order to remove excess oil from the product, and then the impregnated product is removed from the autoclave.
