Az elj r sban a sejtek szuszpenziój ttartalmazó kapill ris cső és a mintavételezésre szolg ló foltpipettafüggőleges helyzetben, koncentrikusan vannak a tartószerkezetükrefelszerelve. A sejtek a szuszpenzióban kiülepednek, ez ltalfeldúsulnak folyadék/levegő hat rfelületen. A pipett t érintkezésbehozva a hat rfelülettel a pipetta hegyéhez egy sejtet r"gzíthetnek,úgy, hogy az gigaOhmos elektromos ellen ll st biztosítson.
