Abstract
A találmány tárgya berendezés fonal (2, 9) hibáinak felismerésére,amelynek átlátszó görbült felülete (5), a fonalat (2,9) az átlátszógörbült felületen (5) csúsztató vonóeszköze, az átlátszó görbültfelülettel (5) társított optikai érzékelője (8) és fénykibocsátóeszköze (7), továbbá az optikai érzékelőhöz (8) kötött, afénykibocsátó eszköz (7) által a fonalnak (2,9) az átlátszó görbültfelületen (5) keresztül az optikai érzékelőre (8) vetített árnyékátkövető és elemző, hiba észlelésekor a vonóeszköz leállítását és afonal (2, 9) elvágását működésbe hozó számító egysége van. A találmányszerinti berendezésben az optikai érzékelő (8) és a fénykibocsátóeszköz (7) az átlátszó görbült felület (5) ellentétes oldalán vanelrendezve, és az átlátszó görbült felület (5) és az optikai érzékelő(8) között a fonalra (2, 9) nézve keresztirányban egy, ahibafelismerés pontosságát növelő rés (17) van elrendezve. A találmánytárgya továbbá eljárás fonalhibák gyártásközi felismerésére a fentiberendezéssel. Ó
