Abstract

A földközi-tengeri Crambe crambe szivacs extraktumaiból az ismertkrambeszcidinekkel és ptilomikalin A-val együtt két új minorkrambeszcidint, a 834 és a 818 jelűt, amelyek klórozott spermidinegységet tartalmaznak, és négy minor krambeszcidint, a 673, 687, 657jelűt valamint a 657 jelű 13,14,15-izokrambeszcidint, amely spermidin-származék egységet nem tartalmaz, különítettek el FABMS vezérelteljárással. Szerkezetüket a spektrális adatok értelmezése alapjánderítették fel. Egy párhuzamos biológiai meghatározásban akrambeszcidin 834, 818 és 657 vegyületek az ismert 816 jelűkrambeszcidinnél ötször cititoxikusabbnak mutatkoztak az L1210 egérleukémia sejtekkel szemben.
