Abstract

A jelen találmány tárgyát az (I) általános képletű 1-(3-ciklopentiloxi-4-alkoxi-fenil)-4-oxo-ciklohexánkarbonitrilelőállítására szolgáló új eljárás képezi. Az (II) általános képletű 4-ciano-4-(3-ciklopentiloxi-4-alkoxi-fenil)-heptándisav-dialkil-észtertegy bázis jelenlétében a (III) általános képletű 5-ciano-5-(3-ciklopentiloxi-4-alkoxi-fenil)-2-oxo-ciklohexánkarbonsav-alkil-észterré ciklizálják, majd a (III) általános képletű vegyületet egyalkálifém-hidrogénkarbonáttal neutralizálják, majd egyalkálifémkarbonát jelenlétében dekarboxilálják, hogy megkapják az (I)általános képletű végterméket.
