Abstract
A találmány rugós pipettaelrendezés, amelynek az a lényege, hogyhengeresházat (52) tartalmaz, amely ház (52) magában foglal egykompressziót, biztosító rugót, amely rugó mechanikus kapcsolatban vanegy dugattyúval (56), amely dugattyúnak (56) az első része túlnyúlik aházon (52), és a túlnyúló rész tartalmaz egy sík felületben végződő,kúpszerű, rovátkolt adagolócsúcsot (70), amely síkfelület (70)merőleges a ház (52) hosszanti tengelyére, és a fenti kúp alakúadagolócsúcs {70) keresztmetszeti nézetében van két, a síkfelülettel(70) szomszédos oldala, amelyek, ha az oldalakat képzeletben asíkfelületen (70) túl meghosszabbítják , akkor egy, a fenti síkfelület(70) alatt 0,025-0,125 mm távolságban fekvő pontban metszenék egymást.A találmány tárgya továbbá eljárás oligonukleotidok felviteléreszilárd hordozó felületére úgy, hogy a felületre olyan kompozíciótvisznek fel, amely a kompozíció teljes térfogatára vonatkoztatva 35-80% viszkozitást növelő anyagot, 0,001 mg/mL-10 mg/mL koncentrációbanoligonukleotidot, valamint vizet tartalmaz. A találmány tárgya továbbáeljárás biomolekulák felvitelére szilárd hordozóra a találmányszerinti rugós pipettával, amelynek során a rugós pipetta csúcsátbemerítik a biomolekula oldatába, majd a csúcsot eltávolítják azoldatból úgy, hogy az oldat alikvot része a csúcson megtapadvamaradjon, és a csúcson maradt biomolekula oldatot érintkeztetik egy, aszilárd hordozóval úgy, hogy eközben a biomolekula oldat átkerül acsúcsról a szilárd hordozóra.
