Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás és berendezés merev, hulámos kartonelőállítására, amelynél előzőleg egy eljárási lépésben legalább egyadott szélességű, szimpla felületű palástot állítanak elő azáltal,hogy egy szimpla felületű burkolatra egy barázdát ragasztanak. Atalálmány tárgya továbbá a találmány szerinti eljárással előállítottmerev, hullámos karton. Az eljárás lényege, hogy a következő lépéseketvalósítják meg: a) a szimpla felületű palástot (21) egy kívánt alakrahajlítják, b) a hajlított, szimpla felületű palást (21) függőlegesbarázdájának a csúcsait beenyvezik, c) legalább egy, a szimplafelületű palásttal (21) azonos szélességű, kettős felületű burkolatot(22) ragasztanak a szimpla felületű palástra (21) úgy, hogy azfelvegye a palást (21) hajlított alakját. A berendezés lényege, hogy aszimpla felületű palást (21) hajlítására szolgáló eszközöket (6, 14),a hajlított, szimpla felületű palást (21) barázdái csúcsának abeenyvezésére szolgáló eszközöket (50) és a hajlított, szimplafelületű palástra (21) legalább egy, azzal azonos szélességű, kettősfelületű burkolat (22) felvitelére szolgáló eszközöket (14) tartalmaz.
