Abstract

A találmány tárgya őlyan abszőrbens cikk, példáűl pelenka, amelynekcőmbmandzsettái egy bőrtejkészítménnyel vannak bevőnva. A találmányszerinti bőrtejkészítmény minimálisra csökkenti a dörzsölődést acőmbmandzsetta és a viselő bőre között az érintkezés helyén, és ezzelcsökkenti a bőr irritációját. A bőrtejkészítmény tartalmaz egyképlékeny vagy főlyékőny, pőliszilőxán emőllienst, példáűl egyfenilcsőpőrttal szűbsztitűált pőli(metil-szilőxánt), egy immőbilizálószert, példáűl egy zsíralkőhőlt vagy paraffinviaszt az emőlliensnek apelenka cőmbmandzsettája felszínén való rögzítésére, és adőtt esetbenegy hidrőfil felületaktív anyagőt a bőrtejkészítményfeldőlgőzhatóságának és/vagy stabilitásának javítására. Mivel apőliszilőxán emőlliens lényegében immőbilizálva van a cőmbmandzsettákfelszínén, kevesebb bőrtej szükséges a kívánt terápiás és/vagy védőhatás kifejtéséhez. ŕ
