Abstract
Erfindungsgemaess werden die Metallkomponenten vermischt und das Quecksilber und die Metallkomponenten unter Paraffinoel legiert und die Legierung in einen Tropfraum (1), dessen Temperatur oberhalb des Schmelzpunktes der Legierung liegt eingegeben. Dann laesst man die Legierung ueber eine am Boden des Tropfraumes angeordnete Abtropfduese (2) in ein Fallrohr (3) abtropfen, wobei sowohl der Tropfraum (1) als auch das Fallrohr (3) mit Paraffinoel (7) gefuellt sind. Die Abtropfgeschwindigkeit im Fallrohr wird durch Abfuehrung des sich darin befindlichen Paraffinoels ueber ein seitlich angeordnetes Rohr (8) geregelt. Das sich im Fallrohr (3) erhaertende Granulat wird ueber ein am Unterteil des Fallrohrs (3) angeordnetes Ventil in einem ebenfalls mit Paraffinoel gefuelltem Sammelgefaess (5) aufgefangen. Das im Sammelgefaess aufgefangene Granulat wird mit einem wasserfreien Loesungsmittel entfettet und unter Vakuum oder Schutzgas getrocknet. Fig. 1
