Abstract
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for the patterning of composites which consist of several fiber layers or of one or more fiber layers and a carrier web. These composites should be given colored figurative patterns as they are being produced in a continuous process. The object is achieved by removing fibers from one or more fibrous layers on a regular pattern basis, then bringing the individual patterned fibrous layers and the carrier sheet together and bonding them together by over-weaving, sewing, sewing, needles or the like. For patterning the fibrous layers, pattern templates having patterned recesses are used, through which the fibers are removed by suction, blow-off, brushing, or combinations of these operations in accordance with predetermined patterns.
Description
A találmány tárgya eljárás több szálrétegből, illetve több szálrétegből és vivőanyagból álló többnemű anyag mintázására. Tárgya még a találmánynak az ilyen célú berendezés is.The present invention relates to a method for patterning a plurality of fiber layers and a plurality of fiber layers and carriers. The invention also relates to apparatus for such purposes.
A több szálrétegből, illetve a több szálrétegből és vivőanyagból álló többnemü anyagok, például Polfliz kelmék vagy tűs filcek a korábban ismerté vált megoldásokkal csak korlátozott mértékben mintázhatóak. Az egyszínű termékek mellett elsősorban különböző színű, különböző fajtájú, különböző vastagságú vagy különböző hosszú szálakból, illetve ezek kombinációjából álló keverékeket állítanak elő.Multi-ply, multi-ply and carrier materials, such as Polfliz fabrics or needles, can only be patterned to a limited extent with prior art solutions. In addition to monochromatic products, they are mainly used to make mixtures of different colors, different varieties, different thicknesses or different lengths of fibers or combinations thereof.
A 29 616. sz. NDK szabadalmi leírásból ismerté vált nem-szőtt textília mintázására vonatkozó eljárás elemi szál, cérna, előcéma vagy könnyű szövet felhelyezésével, ahol a rétegeket valamilyen ismert módon, például átvarrással egyesítik egymással. No. 29,616. A method of patterning a non-woven fabric by applying a filament, a thread, a pre-thread or a lightweight fabric is known from the GDR patent, wherein the layers are joined in a known manner, such as by stitching. The filaments, the threads or the pre-threads are so spaced apart that the basic fabric, the non-woven fabric, is visible in the area between them. However, the use of filaments, filaments or pre-filaments allowed only the creation of longitudinal patterns or serpentine lines, even if they could be laterally displaced.
A 2 014 324. sz. NSZK szabadalmi leírás, ruhadarabok előállítására szolgáló eljárást ismertet. Ennek során a kész darabból a díszítést szolgáló részt kistancolják vagy kivágják és más színű, ugyanolyan alakú darabbal helyettesítik.No. 2,014,324. German patent specification describes a process for making garments. In the process, the decoration part of the finished piece is cut or cut and replaced with a piece of another color of the same shape.
Hasonló eljárást ismertet a 454 140. sz. szovjet szabadalmi leírás. Patent No. 454,140. Soviet patent specification. Here, the patterned carpets are made by cutting ornamental parts from the finished flat shapes and replacing these exposed surfaces with an inlay of a different color, but of the same size and shape. In order to save material, the decorative parts are cut out of a stack of carpets laid on top of each other, which makes them uniform in size and can be varied between them. However, this procedure can only be carried out manually and therefore does not satisfy the requirements of economy.
US Patent No. 5,123,125 discloses a process for producing a fiber band, alternating between thick and thin sites. This patterning or pressure is achieved by the relief-like protrusions of the printing rollers used in the manufacture.
A relief-szerű kidudorodásokkal rendelkeznek az. 1 224 261. sz. NSZK szabadalmi leírásban ismertetett megoldás nyomóhengerei is elemi szálakból álló nem-szőtt textília mintázására. They have relief-like protrusions. No. 1,224,261 Also, the printing rolls described in US Patent No. 4,123,125 also have printing rolls for patterning non-woven fabrics of filaments. In the production of Polflis fabrics, the high-deep pattern is achieved by applying high and deep pressure plates side by side. However, this type of patterning can only be applied to products that will not be fluffed. For fluffy products, this high-deep effect is broken or obscured.
A nyomással való mintázást nyersáruk, de késztermékek esetében is alkalmazzák. A nyomott nyersáruk esetében rendkívül életlen kontúrok keletkeznek, Polfliz késztermékek nyomása esetében pedig a nyomómélység nem elegendő ahhoz, hogy a minta a felületi fátyolon áthatoljon.Pressure molding is used for both commodities and finished products. Extremely blurred contours are produced for printed goods, and the printing depth for Polfliz finished products is insufficient to allow the pattern to pass through the surface veil.
The process of lengthwise and transversely cutting a pattern in a finished product is also known, just like tying a fiber blanket or into a needle! application.
Tűs filcek esetében a mintázatot polslingeléssel is létre lehet hozni, amit utólag visznek fel a késztermékre. In the case of needle felt, the pattern can also be created by polishing, which is subsequently applied to the finished product.
Ennek során a felületi motívumok felhelyezését kézzel végzik.No. 53,675. The GD patent discloses a solution in which pattern-forming surface motifs are made of fibers, non-woven fabrics or threads, which are laid on a base fabric and joined by sewing, stitching, or other bonding process. During this, the surface motifs are applied by hand.
A 2 114 974. sz. No. 2,114,974. In the US patent, the web produced by carding or cross-linking is led to an additional patterning roll. On this cylinder provided with a puncture ribbon, the parts delimiting the pattern are fiber-repellent or the puncture ribbon is removably patterned. With the help of a scraper roller, the filaments adhering to the remaining damage pin needle are removed and deposited on an advancing material web. The disadvantage of this process is that it is extremely difficult to transfer the filaments that have been removed as a sample. A further disadvantage of removing the pin pin is that the pattern can only be changed by re-coating the roll.
A találmánnyal megoldandó feladat az ismert megoldások hátrányainak kiküszöbölése mellett olyan eljárás és berendezés kialakítása több szálrétegből, illetve több szálrétegből és vivőanyagból álló többnemü anyag mintázására, amivel a mintázás lehetősége megnövekszik, a korábban tapasztalt monotónia megszűnik és mindez folyamatos gyártás mellett. The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art by providing a method and apparatus for multi-fiber or multi-fiber and multi-material multi-material molding that will eliminate the monotony previously experienced and all in continuous production.
In the further development of the process according to the invention, at least one fiber layer is occasionally stripped of fibers, and then the individual fiber layers and the fiber layers and carrier are combined.
According to the invention, it is expedient to carry out the process of removing the fibers from the one or more fiber layers by means of a pattern template. Alternatively, the fibers may be removed by suction, blow-off, treatment, or some combination of these, in accordance with patterns pre-determined by the pattern templates.
A találmány értelmében célszerű a mintázandó szálrétegként hosszirányban orientált nem-szőtt textíliát alkalmazni.According to the invention, it is convenient to use a longitudinally oriented nonwoven fabric as the fiber layer to be patterned.
A berendezés találmány szerinti továbbfejlesztése értelmében szitaszerű szállítószalag fölött az egyes szál rétegek hez rendelt mintasablonnal együttműködő száleltávolitó készülék van elrendezve. In the further development of the apparatus according to the invention, a fiber stripper is arranged above a screen-like conveyor which cooperates with a pattern template assigned to each fiber layer.
A találmány értelmében célszerűen a száleltávolító készülék fújó-, illetve szivófúvóka, kefe vagy ezek kombinációja lehet. In accordance with the present invention, the fiber removal device may conveniently be a blower or a suction nozzle, a brush or a combination thereof.
At találmány értelmében egyszerűen kivitelezhető a mintasablon, ha végtelenített, vezetőkerekeken megvezetett szalagként van kialakítva. CélszerűAccording to the invention, the pattern template can be easily implemented if it is formed as an endless belt guided on the guide wheels. Expedient

3. ábra a találmány szerinti eljárással mintázott kelméket mutat. 10 Figure 3 shows fabrics patterned according to the process of the invention. 10
Az 1. ábra szerinti kiviteli alak esetében kelmeképző berendezésről, itt 1 kétkártolós gépsorról PAN-szálakból álló, 40 g/m2 felületsúlyú, elemi szálakból álló nem-szőtt 2 kelme érkezik önmagában ismert módon 3,4 és 5 léces etetőasztalok útján 15 6 egyesitőgéphez. Második kelmeképző berendezésen, itt kétkártolós 7 gépsoron PAN-szálakból 20 g/m2 felületsúlyú 8 kelmét hozunk létre. Ezt a nem-szőtt 8 kelmét szitaszerű 9 szállítószalaggal mintázókészüléken vezetjük át. 2θIn the embodiment of Figure 1, fabric forming ventilation, consisting in one kétkártolós machine line PAN fibers, 40 g / m 2 surface weight, consisting of filaments of non-woven two fabric arrives in a known manner by means of 3.4 to 5 slat feeding table 15 6 egyesitőgéphez . On a second fabric forming machine, here, on a double-carded production line 7, a web 8 of 20 g / m 2 is made of PAN fibers. This non-woven fabric 8 is passed through a mesh conveyor belt 9 through a patterner. 2 θ
The patterning device has an endless fiber guide 13, guided on guide wheels 11 and 12, cooperating with pattern pattern 10, which allows the fibers 8 to be removed from the fabric according to the pattern. In this embodiment, the fiber 25 is provided with a release device 13 arranged in the circumferential Sample Template 10 suction nozzles. In other embodiments, however, blower nozzles, brushes, or any combination thereof may be used instead of suction nozzles.
The fabric 8 is pressed between the pattern template 10 and the conveyor belt 9, which surround the fabric 8, and their travel speed is coordinated with each other and with the operating speed of the 3, 4 and 5-bed feeding table.
A 10 mintasablonon a mintának megfelelően lyukak vannak, amelyeken át a 8 kelméről a szívófúvókák segítségével a szálakat le lehet szívni. A leszívott szálakat itt nem ábrázolt készülékek útján elvezetjük a berendezéstől.The pattern template 10 has holes according to the pattern through which fibers can be sucked out of the fabric 8 by means of suction nozzles. Suctioned fibers are removed from the unit by means of devices not shown here.
As a result of this treatment, the fabric 8 has breakouts according to the pattern. This patterned fabric 8 'is then placed on a non-woven fabric 2 made up of filament yarns supplied by the 3, 4, and 5-bed feeding table, and the two fabricated using the unifying machine 6. In this way, in the unifying machine 6, the fabric 2 and the fabric 8 according to the invention work together with one another and with the raw material path.
Az egyik példában 1 : 7 bedolgozottsági viszonynyal dolgoztunk, azaz a mintázásoknál a 7-szeres hosszt kell figyelembe venni. In one example, we used a 1: 7 incorporation ratio, which means that 7x length should be taken into account in the patterning.
A 2. ábrán látható kiviteli alak esetében 14 kelmeképzőről érkező 15 szálfátyolt ismert módon nem-szőtt 16 kelmévé dolgozzuk fel. A 16 kelmét ezután 17 tűs filcelőhöz továbbítjuk. In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the fiber web 15 from the fabric former 14 is processed into a nonwoven fabric 16 in a known manner. The fabric 16 is then passed to a 17-pin felter. In addition, a longitudinally oriented non-woven fabric 19 from a fabric former 18 is guided to a patterning apparatus 20 and patterned therein as described in connection with FIG.
Ezután a 19’ mintázott kelmét a 16 kelmére fektetjük és a 17 tűs filcelőhöz vezetjük, ahol a 16 kelmét és a 19’ mintázott kelmét egymással ismert módon összedolgozzuk.Next, the patterned fabric 19 'is laid on the fabric 16 and guided to the needle felt 17, where the fabric 16 and the patterned fabric 19' are worked together in a known manner.
A 3. Fig. 3 shows a multilayer fabric 24 made up of three different layers 21, 22 and 23 of differently colored, patterned fibers.
In the patterning templates for patterning the fiber layers 21, 22 23, the patterned holes are aligned so as to produce a three-color patterned material 24 having a total surface coverage when the fiber layers 21, 22 and 23 are superimposed. Because each of the three different colored layers 21, 22 and 23 is patterned, where the fiber layers 21, 22 and 23 do not overlap, a clear color pattern is obtained, and melange-like patterns are obtained on overlapping areas.
