Abstract

Dieses Verfahren ermoeglicht es, austenitische Rohre, die in Pyrolyse-oder Reformeroefen eingebaut sind, zu untersuchen und daraus Rueckschluesse auf ihre weitere Verwendungsfaehigkeit zu ziehen. Mit Hilfe zweier Messsonden, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind und mittels eines Geraetes am,bzw. teilweise um das Rohr bewegt werden koennen, werden Gefuegeveraenderungen und Rissbildungen lokalisiert erfasst und aufgezeichnet. Im Vergleich mit einer Nullmessung und/oder einer frueheren Aufzeichnung kann das Ausmass der Schaedigungen erkannt und beurteilt werden.
