Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Messduese zur Erfassung der in einem Elektrolyten suspendierten Teilchen. Hauptziel ist es, die Fehlerquote bei der Erfassung von Teilchen unterschiedlicher Groessenordnung zu senken. Der Erfindung lag die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Messduese mit homogener Feldzone im Austrittsbereich der Teilchen zu schaffen. Erfindungsgemaess geschieht dies dadurch, dass mindestens eine der beiden Stirnseiten der Messduese, vorzugsweise die im Austrittsbereich der Teilchen gelegene, mit einer leitfaehigen Schicht versehen ist.
