Navedeni tehnički problem rješava se novim postupkom za proizvodnju ekstrakata kamilice bogatih flavonom, koji se od poznatih postupaka te vrste razlikuje po tome što se vrši ekstrakcija listića kamilice i ljekovite smjese kamilice pri temperaturi između 10 i 50°C primjenom alifatskih jedno-ili viševalentnih alkohola ravnog ili razgranatog lanca s 1 do 6 atoma ugljika, solketala ili mješavine tih otapala, pri čemu je udio sušenih latica od 5 do 30 masenih dijelova u odnosu na 100 masenih dijelova ljekovite smjese, a ekstrakcija traje od 15 do 180 minuta.
