Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za pričvršćivanje predmeta na vanjsku površinu zgrade ili predmeta, pri čemu uređaj ima nosivi dio (1) i pokrovni dio (2), pri čemu nosivi dio (1) ima statički potpornu funkciju za predmet koji se pričvršćuje i pokrovni dio (2) ima funkciju brtvljenja u odnosu na vanjsku površinu zgrade ili vanjsku površinu predmeta, te se u tu svrhu postavlja s vanjske strane vanjske površine zgrade ili predmeta, pri čemu je pokrovni dio (2) dimenzionalno stabilno tijelo, a relativni položaj pokrovnog dijela (2) je u odnosu na nosivi dio (1) podesiv u normalnom smjeru na površinu zgrade ili površinu predmeta, naznačen time što
najmanje dva spojna dijela za predmet koji se pričvršćuje strše iz nosivog dijela (1) kroz otvore u pokrovnom dijelu (2),
pri čemu je pokrovni dio (2) u obliku šalice, a otvorena čeona površina njegove bočne površine je postavljena prema vanjskoj površini zgrade.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je pokrovni dio (2) pričvršćen na nosivi dio (1) pomoću vijaka.
3. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 2, naznačen time što je brtva (6) postavljena između pokrovnog dijela (2) i vanjske površine zgrade ili vanjske površine predmeta.
4. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je brtva (6) sastavljena od gumeno-elastičnog materijala.
5. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što su spojni dijelovi tri navojna vijka (4) koji su normalno orijentirani na vanjsku površinu zgrade, i time što izravne spojne linije između pojedinačnih osi navedenih navojnih vijaka (4) zajedno čine trokut u projekciji na ravninu koja normalno leži na navojnim vijcima (4).
6. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što je trokut jednakostraničan.
7. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što su spojni dijelovi najmanje tri navojna vijka (4) koji su orijentirani normalno na vanjsku površinu zgrade ili vanjsku površinu predmeta.
8. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 i patentnom zahtjevu 5 ili patentnom zahtjevu 6 ili patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je matica (5) u zahvatu s navojnim vijkom (4) i naliježe na pokrovni dio (2) sa strane koja je okrenuta od nosivog dijela (1).
9. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što su spojni dijelovi koji prolaze kroz bazu pokrovnog dijela (2) navojni vijci (4) na koje su pričvršćene matice (4), koje su pričvršćene na navojne vijke (4) s vanjske strane pokrovnog dijela (2) i naslonjeni su na pokrovni dio (2) i pritišću pokrovni dio (2) na brtvenu foliju (10) krova i na taj način također pritišću pokrovni dio (2) u smjeru nosivog dijela (1).
10. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što je ventil (7) postavljen u bušotini koja povezuje prostor između nosivog dijela (1) i pokrovnog dijela (2) s okolinom.
11. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što ventil, u obliku otvora koji se selektivno zatvara, vodi kroz rupu u pokrovnom dijelu (2) u prostor koji se nalazi između pokrovnog dijela (2) i nosivog dijela (1) ili površine zgrade.
12. Uređaj prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što je uređaj postavljen na vanjskoj strani brtvene folije (10) koja pripada krovu i statički je povezana s krovnom potkonstrukcijom (20) koja leži ispod brtvene folije (10).
13. Uređaj prema patentnim zahtjevima 9 i 12, naznačen time što je pokrovni dio (2) pritisnut na brtvenu foliju (10) krova, a time i u smjeru nosivog dijela (1) maticama (5) koje se nalaze na vanjskoj strani pokrovnog dijela (2) i pričvršćeni su na navojne vijke (4) i naliježu na pokrovni dio (2).
14. Postupak za ispitivanje nepropusnosti uređaja za pričvršćivanje predmeta na vanjsku površinu zgrade ili predmeta prema patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 13, pri čemu uređaj ima nosivi dio (1) i pokrovni dio (2), pri čemu nosivi dio (1) ima statički potpornu funkciju za predmet koji se pričvršćuje, a pokrovni dio (2) funkciju brtvljenja u odnosu na vanjsku površinu zgrade ili vanjsku površinu predmeta, te je u tu svrhu postavljen na vanjskoj strani vanjske površine zgrade ili predmeta, pri čemu jedan ili više spojnih dijelova za predmet koji se pričvršćuje strši iz dijela za nošenje (1) kroz otvore u pokrovnom dijelu (2), pri čemu je pokrovni dio (2) dimenzionalno stabilno tijelo, a relativni položaj pokrovnog dijela (2) je u odnosu na nosivi dio (1) podesiv u normalnom smjeru na površinu zgrade ili površinu predmeta,
naznačen time što
ventil (7) u obliku otvora koji se selektivno zatvara, vodi kroz rupu u pokrovnom dijelu (2) u prostor koji se nalazi između pokrovnog dijela (2) i nosivog dijela (1), čime se nakon što je uređaj instaliran, u tom prostoru stvara razlika tlaka u odnosu na okolinu i mjeri se je li prostor između pokrovnog dijela (2) i nosivog dijela (1) zabrtvljen od okoline.
