Claims (14)

1. Sklop izmjenjivača topline, koji sadrži: kućište izduljenog cijevnog izmjenjivača topline (70), koje omeđuje unutarnju komoru; cijevnu ploču (1), koja se nalazi u unutarnjoj komori kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70) i razdvaja unutarnju komoru na stranu plašta i kanalsku stranu, gdje je unutarnja komora konfigurirana da u nju uklonjivo ulazi snop cijevi koji se nalazi unutar strane plašta unutarnje komore; element tuljca (2), koji ima prstenastu konfiguraciju, koji se nalazi unutar kanalske strane unutarnje komore kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70); sklop za razdvajanje, koji sadrži element tuljca (2), koji se nalazi unutar kanalske strane unutarnje komore kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70) i služi za usmjeravanje fluida iz otvora koji se pruža kroz kućište (70) u najmanje dvije ili više cijevi u snopu cijevi; i brtvu cijevne ploče (6), koja se nalazi između cijevne ploče (1) i ramena načinjenog u unutarnjoj komori kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70); naznačen time što sadrži elastični torzijski element (60), koji ima prstenastu konfiguraciju, koji se nalazi unutar kanalske strane unutarnje komore izmjenjivača topline s elementom tuljca (2), koji se nalazi između cijevne ploče (1) i elastičnog torzijskog elementa (60), gdje elastični torzijski element (60) ima unutarnji obod koji se može deformirati u odnosu na njegov vanjski obod radi torzije elastičnog torzijskog elementa (60); i ležajski prsten (50), koji se nalazi u unutarnjoj komori kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70) s elastičnim torzijskim elementom (60), koji se nalazi između elementa tuljca (2) i ležajskog prstena (50).
2. Izmjenjivač topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži najmanje dva otvora, koji se pružaju kroz kućište (70) kako bi se omogućilo ulaženje i izlaženje fluida u i iz kanalske strane unutarnje komore kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70).
3. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što je elastični torzijski element (60) konfiguriran za elastično deformiranje do granice elastične deformacije, a za plastično deformiranje iznad granice elastične deformacije, tako da se elastični torzijski element (60) elastično deformira kako bi se prilagodio diferencijalnom toplinskom istezanju i kako bi se izbjeglo oštećivanje komponenata izmjenjivača topline kada je izmjenjivač topline pod predopterećenjem i očekivanim tlačnim i toplinskim opterećenjem.

Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što je elastični torzijski element (60) konfiguriran za zakretanje u prvom području kontakta (61), gdje elastični torzijski element (60) dolazi u kontakt s elementom tuljca (2) i u drugom području kontakta (63), gdje elastični torzijski element (60) dolazi u kontakt s ležajskim prstenom (50).
5. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što elastični torzijski element (60) ima četverokutni presjek sa zaobljenim kutovima.
6. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži više elastičnih torzijskih elemenata (60), naslaganih u niz jedan u odnosu na drugog.
7. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što je elastični torzijski element (60) konfiguriran da ima vanjski polumjer "A" i unutarnji polumjer "B", gdje je vanjski polumjer manji od unutarnjeg polumjera kanala (7) unutarnje komore, konfigurirane da u nju ulazi snop cijevi, gdje je omjer između "A" i "B" manji od 3.
8. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što je elastični torzijski element (60) konfiguriran da ima visinu "H", koja je približno 50% od njegove granice elastične deformacije, i ima debljinu "T", tako da se elastični torzijski element (60) plastično deformira iznad njegove granice elastične deformacije.
9. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži sklop za zatvaranje radi zabrtvljivanja kanalske strane unutarnje komore kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70), gdje sklop za zatvaranje sadrži element prstena za zabravljivanje (9) i element poklopca (19), koje se uklonjivo učvrsti na kućište izmjenjivača topline (70) zabravljujućim sklopom.
10. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što zabravljujući sklop sadrži više međusobno razmaknutih dijelova glavčine prstena za zabravljivanje (23A), konfiguriranih za preplitanje s odgovarajućim dijelovima glavčine kanala (23B), načinjenim na dijelu valjkaste unutarnje površine kućišta izmjenjivača topline (70).
11. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži: membrana (8), koja se nalazi uz kanalsku stranu unutarnje komore uz prsten za zabravljivanje i elemente poklopca; i membranska brtva (10), koja pritišće membranu (8) kada se element prstena za zabravljivanje (9) uklonjivo učvrsti na kućište izmjenjivača topline (70).
12. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što sklop za zatvaranje dodatno sadrži: više prvih izduljenih kompresijskih elemenata (12, 14), raspodijeljenih po dijelu vanjskog polumjera sklopa za zatvaranje kako bi prenijeli silu na prvi kompresijski prsten (21), koji prenosi silu na rubni dio membrane (8) i membransku brtvu (10); i više drugih izduljenih kompresijskih elemenata (11, 13), raspodijeljenih po dijelu unutarnjeg polumjera sklopa za zatvaranje kako bi prenijeli silu na drugi kompresijski prsten (22), koji prenosi silu na dio membrane (8), koji uzrokuje deformiranje dijela membrane (8) udaljenog od elementa poklopca (19) i prema elastičnom torzijskom elementu (60) kada se sklop za zatvaranje uklonjivo učvrsti na kućište izmjenjivača topline (70).
13. Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što su cijevna ploča (1), element tuljca (2), ležajski prsten (50), prvi i drugi kompresijski prsten (21, 22), prsten za zabravljivanje (9), te prvi i drugi kompresijski element (11, 12, 13, 14) konfigurirani da ostanu elastični do ili iznad ukupnog aksijalnog opterećenja od predopterećenja, toplinskog i tlačnog opterećenja kada se sklop za zatvaranje učvrsti na kućište izmjenjivača topline (70).

Sklop izmjenjivača topline u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što kada se izduljene kompresijske elemente (11, 12, 13, 14) prednapreže, kompresijski elementi predaju predopterećenje kroz prvi put aksijalnog opterećenja prvom području kontakta (61) elastičnog torzijskog elementa (60), koji prenosi predopterećenje kroz put torzijskog opterećenja preko elastičnog torzijskog elementa (60) drugom području kontakta (63) elastičnog torzijskog elementa (60), koji prenosi predopterećenje kroz drugi put aksijalnog opterećenja na brtvu cijevne ploče (6).
