Claims (14)
1. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1', 1'') za skladištenje toplinske energije iz izvora energije, gdje postrojenje za skladištenje (1, 1', 1") sadrži:
spremnik tekućine (11) za povezivanje sa izvorom energije i koji sadrži zapreminu spremnika (12) sa gornjom stranom (13), gdje se navedena gornja strana (13) poklapa sa nivoom tekućine (14) od tekućine za skladištenje toplinske energije (15) u spremniku tekućine (11), i
površinski pokrivač (2, 2', 2") koji sadrži izolacijski materijal (23), kao što je ekstrudirani polistiren (XPS), za zadržavanje toplinske energije uskladištene u navedenoj tekućini (15), gdje navedeni površinski pokrivač (2, 2', 2") barem djelomično pokriva navedenu gornju stranu (13), gdje je navedeni površinski pokrivač (2, 2', 2") podijeljen na najmanje prvi i drugi segment površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b") pozicioniran susjedno jedan do drugog i gdje svaki sadrži obodnu periferiju (29),
naznačeno time da prvi segment površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a") nadalje sadrži prvi uređaj za naginjanje (21a, 21a', 21a"), gdje težina prvog uređaja za naginjanje (21a, 21a', 21a") koji naginje drenažnu površinu (22a) prvog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a") od njegove obodne periferije (29) nadolje prema prvoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27a) prvog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a"), pri čemu će voda iz padalina koja pada na prvi segment površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a") teći pod djelovanjem gravitacije prema prvoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27a) gdje se može izdrenirati sa prvog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a"),
da drugi segment površinskog pokrivača (2b, 2b', 2b") na sličan način nadalje sadrži drugi uređaj za naginjanje (21b, 21b', 21b"), gdje težina drugog uređaja za naginjanje (21b, 21b', 21b") koji naginje drenažnu površinu (22b) drugog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2b, 2b', 2b") od njegove obodne periferije (29) nadolje prema drugoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27b) drugog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2b, 2b', 2b"), pri čemu će voda iz padalina koja pada na drugi segment površinskog pokrivača (2b, 2b', 2b") teći pod djelovanjem gravitacije prema drugoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27b) gdje se može izdrenirati sa drugog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2b, 2b', 2b"), i
pri čemu se težina uređaja za naginjanje (21a, 21a', 21a", 21b, 21b', 21b") povećava od respektivne obodne periferije (29) prema respektivnoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27a, 27b) prvog i/ili drugog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b").
2. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time da prvi i/ili drugi uređaj za naginjanje (21a, 21a', 21a", 21b, 21b', 21b") sadrži(e) ili se sastoji(e) ili se suštinski sastoji(e) od zrnaste materije.
3. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da debljina sloja jednog ili više uređaja za naginjanje (21a, 21a', 21a", 21b, 21b', 21b") raste od obodne periferije (29) respektivnog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b") prema respektivnoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27a, 27b).
4. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da najmanje prvi i/ili drugi segment površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b") sadrži(e) najmanje jedan kontejner (26) uređaja za naginjanje koji sadrži najmanje jedan od prvog ili drugog uređaja za naginjanje (21a, 21a', 21a", 21b, 21b', 21b"), respektivno.
5. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da površinski pokrivač (2, 2', 2") sadrži suštinski nepropusnost za tekućine i suštinski nepropusnost za difuziju, kontinuiranu donju oblogu (24) da bude okrenuta prema tekućini (15) za skladištenje, gdje donja obloga (24) bar djelomično pokriva navedenu gornju stranu (13), i gornji sloj koji je suštinski otvoren za difuziju (25), gdje je jedan ili više slojeva od izolacijskog materijala (23) osigurano između gornje i donje obloge (24, 25).
6. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačeno time da navedeni površinski pokrivač (2, 2', 2") i navedena donja obloga (24) suštinski pokrivaju cijelu gornju stranu (13) spremnika tekućine (11).
7. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema zahtjevu 5 ili 6, naznačeno time da je gornja obloga (25) kontinuirana i suštinski pokriva cijelu gornju stranu (13) spremnika tekućine (11).
8. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da prvi od segmenata površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a") sadrži drenažni sustav (3), koji je izoliran od drenažnog sustava (3) drugog od segmenata površinskog pokrivača (2b, 2b', 2b") tako da se tekućina na površini svakog od i/ili u svakom od navedenih i drugom segmentu pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b") može pojedinačno izdrenirati na prvoj ili drugoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27a, 27b), respektivno.
9. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da najmanje prvi i drugi segment površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b") svaki sadrži najmanje jedan bunar (31) koji se nalazi na respektivnoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27a, 27b) istih, za sakupljanje tekućine koja je izdrenirana sa respektivnog segmenta površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b").
10. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1', 1'') prema zahtjevu 9, naznačeno time da se bunar (31) pruža ispod gornje strane (13) i da sadrži točku izvlačenja tekućine (34) ili izlaz za tekućinu pozicioniran ispod gornje strane (13).
11. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da je barijera (33), koja je suštinski nepropusna za tekućine i/ili suštinski nepropusna za tekućine, pričvršćena na donju oblogu (24) i/ili gornju oblogu (25), za izoliranje drenažnog sustava (3) prvog segmenta pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a") od drenažnog sustava (3) drugog od segmenata površinskog pokrivača (2b, 2b', 2b") tako da se tekućina na površini svakog od i/ili u svakom od navedenih prvog i drugog pokrivača segmenta (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b") može pojedinačno izdrenirati na prvoj ili drugoj lokaciji za dreniranje (27a, 27b), respektivno.
12. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da površinski pokrivač (2a, 2a', 2a") sadrži dva ili više slojeva izolacijskog materijala (23) i gdje je sloj izolacijskog materijala, koji se nalazi najbliže gornjoj strani (13), veće gustoće od drugog (drugih) sloja (slojeva) izolacijskog materijala (23).
13. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da se površinski pokrivač (2, 2', 2") može prostirati u opsegu 100600 m u pravcu dužine (L) i u opsegu 100600 m u pravcu širine (W).
14. Postrojenje za skladištenje toplinske energije (1, 1’, 1”) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačeno time da se segment površinskog pokrivača (2a, 2a', 2a", 2b, 2b', 2b") prostire u opsegu 10100 m u pravcu dužine (L) i u opsegu od 10100 m u pravcu širine (W).
