Claims (15)

1. Pripravak koji služi za odbijanje ptica i/ili sisavaca, pri čemu je pripravak repelent koji služi za zaštitu od napadanja od strane ptica i/ili izgrizanja od strane divljači, te pri čemu pripravak sadrži: najmanje jedno sredstvo za zaštitu biljaka i/ili sredstvo za jačanje biljaka; i smjesu, naznačen time što smjesa sadrži najmanje jedan spoj kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine humuloni, lupuloni, izohumuloni, produkti oksidacije lupulona, poput hulupona i luputriona, allo-izohumulona, abeo-izohumulona, anti-izohumulona, spiroizohumulona, humelinskih kiselina, dihidroizohumulona, tetrahidroizohumulona i heksahidroizohumulona; i što je najmanje jedno sredstvo za zaštitu biljaka i/ili sredstvo za jačanje biljaka sredstvo za gnojenje.
2. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu se smjesa dobiva iz hmelja, ili pri čemu je smjesa potpuno ili djelomično izomerizirani ekstrakt hmelja, ili pri čemu smjesa sadrži izohumulone.
3. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu pripravak sadrži najmanje 1%, volumno, smjese, po mogućnosti najmanje 10%, volumno, smjese, na osnovi volumena pripravka.
4. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu pripravak sadrži 5-30%, volumno, po mogućnosti 7-25%, volumno, poželjnije 10-17%, volumno, na osnovi volumena pripravka, potpuno izomeriziranog CO2 ekstrakta hmelja.
5. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu pripravak sadrži 3-10,5%, težinski, po mogućnosti 4,5-7,5%, težinski, izohumulona, tetrahidroizohumulona i/ili heksahidroizohumulona, po mogućnosti izohumulona, na osnovi težine pripravka.
6. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu pripravak sadrži 10-35%, volumno, po mogućnosti 15-25%, volumno, na osnovi volumena pripravka, smjese koja sadrži 30% (tež./tež.) izohumulona, tetrahidroizohumulona i/ili heksahidroizohumulona, po mogućnosti izohumulona.
7. Pripravak koji služi za odbijanje ptica i/ili sisavaca, pri čemu je pripravak repelent koji služi za zaštitu od napadanja od strane ptica i/ili izgrizanja od strane divljači, te pri čemu pripravak sadrži: najmanje jedno sredstvo za zaštitu biljaka i/ili sredstvo za jačanje biljaka; i smjesu, naznačen time što smjesa sadrži najmanje jedan spoj kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine humuloni, lupuloni, izohumuloni, produkti oksidacije lupulona, poput hulupona i luputriona, allo-izohumulona, abeo-izohumulona, anti-izohumulona, spiroizohumulona, humelinskih kiselina, dihidroizohumulona, tetrahidroizohumulona i heksahidroizohumulona, pri čemu pripravak sadrži 5-30%, volumno, po mogućnosti 7-25%, volumno, osobito poželjno 10-17%, volumno, na osnovi volumena pripravka, potpuno izomeriziranog CO2 ekstrakta hmelja.
8. Sjeme koje sadrži pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7.
9. Upotreba repelenta koji služi za odbijanje ptica i/ili sisavaca, pri čemu repelent sadrži smjesu koja sadrži najmanje jedan spoj kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine humuloni, lupuloni, izohumuloni, produkti oksidacije lupulona, poput hulupona i luputriona, allo-izohumulona, abeo-izohumulona, anti-izohumulona, spiroizohumulona, humelinskih kiselina, dihidroizohumulona, tetrahidroizohumulona i heksahidroizohumulona.
10. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, pri čemu se smjesa dobiva iz hmelja.
11. Upotreba u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9 ili 10, pri čemu se navedena upotreba sastoji u obradi sjemena repelentom koji služi za odbijanje ptica i/ili sisavaca, pri čemu se navedena upotreba osobito sastoji u močenju sjemena repelentom prije sijanja sjemena.
12. Upotreba u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9-11, pri čemu smjesa sadrži izohumulone, tetrahidroizohumulone i/ili heksahidroizohumulone, po mogućnosti izohumulone, koje se upotrebljava za odbijanje ptica i/ili sisavaca.
13. Upotreba u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9-12, pri čemu je repelent pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7.
14. Upotreba u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9-13, pri čemu upotreba služi za zaštitu sjemenja, uzgojenih biljaka i/ili ukrasnih biljaka od napadanja od strane ptica i/ili izgrizanja od strane divljači.
15. Upotreba izohumulona u smjesi koja se dobiva iz hmelja, koja služi za odbijanje ptica i/ili sisavaca.
