Claims (15)
1. Mikrovalni termosolarni postupak, kojeg se provodi u cjevastom reaktoru (110; F_smo), koji uključuje:
– transporter (111) za supstrate definirane kao njime transportirani materijali, te
– primjenu na navedenom reaktoru sunčeve energije i energije mikrovalova,
naznačen time što:
– sadrži korak kruženja električne struje u transporteru, kako bi se proizvelo toplinu Jouleovim učinkom u transporteru za supstrate (111), te,
– dodatno uključuje taljenje supstrata koji sadrže elemente potrebne za pravljenje medija za elektrolizu radi redukcije, u aluminij, aluminijevog oksida kojeg sadrže ti supstrati, koje se provodi pod djelovanjem:
— toplinske energije, koju se proizvodi kruženjem električne struje u transporteru za supstrate (111), te
— primijenjene sunčeve energije i/ili primijenjene energije mikrovalova i/ili
– jedan od supstrata koji sadrži aluminij se tali u cjevastom reaktoru (110; F_smo), pod djelovanjem:
— toplinske energije, koju se proizvodi kruženjem električne struje u transporteru za supstrate (111), te
— primijenjene sunčeve energije i/ili primijenjene energije mikrovalova.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se taljenje provodi pod djelovanjem toplinske energije proizvedene primjenom sunčeve energije i primjenom energije mikrovalova.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se supstrate inducira, pod djelovanjem električne struje koja kruži u transporteru, na u najmanju ruku dio od pečenja, pirolize, rasplinjavanja, taljenja i kemijske reakcije, uključujući redoks reakciju.
4. Mikrovalni termosolarni uređaj koji služi za provođenje postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, koji sadrži cjevasti reaktor (110; F_smo), koji sadrži transporter (111) za supstrate definirane kao njime transportirani materijali, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži sredstvo za primjenu sunčeve energije i energije mikrovalova i sredstvo (87,94,95,96,102) za kruženje električne struje, koji služi za kruženje električne struje u transporteru za supstrate, kako bi se tamo proizvelo toplinu Jouleovim učinkom i induciralo:
– taljenje supstrata, koji sadrže elemente potrebni pravljenje medija za elektrolizu radi redukcije u aluminij aluminijevog oksida kojeg sadrže navedeni supstrati, pod djelovanjem sunčeve energije i/ili energije mikrovalova, te toplinske energije koju proizvodi navedeno kruženje električne struje u transporteru za supstrate (111), i/ili
– taljenje, u cjevastom reaktoru (110; F_smo), aluminija kojeg sadrži jedan od supstrata, pod djelovanjem sunčeve energije i/ili energije mikrovalova i toplinske energije koju proizvodi navedeno kruženje električne struje u transporteru za supstrate (111).
5. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što sadrži sredstvo (87,94,95,96,102) za induciranje najmanje u najmanju ruku dijela od pečenja, pirolize, rasplinjavanja, taljenja i kemijskih reakcija koje uključuju redoks reakcije, pod djelovanjem električne struje.
6. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačen time što transporter za supstrate (111) sadrži spiralni puž (36, 99), koji sadrži:
– elemente uklopljene jedan u drugog lastinim repovima ili ključevima, gdje su navedeni elementi koji su uklopljeni jedan u drugog raspoređeni po osi uređaja, te
– elementi ovjesa, koji omogućuju potporu i vrtnju puža (40, 41, 42).
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 6, naznačen time što transporter za supstrate (111) sadrži sustav uzastopnih paleta (86, 103), spojenih zajedno užetom ili lancem (87, 102), gdje su navedene palete (86,103) podešene na unutarnji promjer cjevastog reaktora (110; F_smo), tako da su supstrati zarobljeni između dvije uzastopne palete, te ih se gura kroz reaktor kako bi prošli kroz njega.
8. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 7, naznačen time što ulaz i moguće izlaz za supstrate iz reaktora (110; F_smo) sadrži sustav koji se sastoji od najmanje dva cilindra (20-29), spojena zajedno i koji se vrte u suprotnim smjerovima, koji služe za prijenos supstrata od uzvodnog kraja sustava do nizvodnog kraja sustava, bez miješanja atmosfera između uzvodnog i nizvodnog.
9. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 8, naznačen time što ulaz i moguće izlaz za supstrate iz reaktora (110; F_smo) sadrži sustav koji se sastoji od dva diska (74,75,82-85), postavljena jedan iznad drugog, odnosno gornjeg diska i donjeg diska, od kojih svaki ima otvor (76), gdje se navedeni otvori nalaze na različitim položajima na diskovima, kako bi naizmjence prošli ispred prolazne komore (78), tako da naizmjence izoliraju navedenu prolaznu komoru (78) od prostora uzvodno od gornjeg diska i prostora nizvodno od donjeg diska, tako da supstrati mogu proći kroz prolaznu komoru (78) bez miješanja atmosfera između uzvodnog i nizvodnog.
10. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 9, naznačen time što se reaktor (110) može sklopiti u spremnik.
11. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 10, naznačen time što reaktor (110) se nalazi na kolicima (112), koja sadrže izborno upravljive kotače (65), mogu sadržavati dizalice (66), koje služe za izravnavanje kolica i izborno motorizirane kotače, koji omogućuju praćenje sunca zakretanjem kolica.
12. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 11, naznačen time što, radi provođenja redoks reakcije, koja uključuje redukciju aluminijevog oksida u aluminij, reaktor (110; F_smo), koji ima cjevastu stijenku (97), sadrži:
– središnju pozitivnu elektrodu (95), koja čini anodu, koja se nalazi u središtu reaktora, te
– perifernu elektrodu (94), koja se nalazi na navedenoj cjevastoj stijenki reaktora i postavljena je na negativni potencijal, koja čini katodu, gdje je navedena periferna elektroda po mogućnosti pokrivena ugljikom ili je u kontaktu s česticama ugljika koje se može ubrizgati u reaktor,
tako da navedeni transporter sadrži umetke od ugljika koji tvore habajuću elektrodu (96, 110).
13. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 11, naznačen time što, radi provođenja redoks reakcije, koja uključuje redukciju aluminijevog oksida u aluminij, cjevasti reaktor (110; F_smo) sadrži gornji dio (105a) i donji dio (105b), gdje gornji dio reaktora sadrži anodu kao gornju elektrodu (106), a donji dio reaktora sadrži katodu kao donju elektrodu (107), gdje su gornja anoda i donja katoda kao elektrode razdvojene električno izolirajućim elementima (109).
14. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time što gornja su anoda i donja katoda elektrode koje su pokrivene ugljikom kako bi tvorile habajuća elektrode (108,96,100).
15. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 14, naznačen time što su u najmanju ruku neke od tih elektroda načinjene od najmanje jednog od sljedećih materijala: tantala, legure tantala, platine ili legure platine, legure željeza koja sadrži platinu ili tantal, čelika koji sadrži platinu ili tantal.
