Claims (17)

1. Zadržni element, točnije izrađen od metalnog lima, za najmanje jedan solarni element (2), točnije solarni modul i/ili solarni kolektor, koji ima bazu (4) koja tvori dodirnu površinu (5) za zadržni element (1), koji ima dva nosača (6a, 6b) za solarni element (2) koji strše iz baze (4) na različite visine i ima spojne elemente (10) koji su postavljeni na krajnjim stranama (7a, 7b) zadržnog elementa (1), koji imaju najmanje jedno udubljenje (8a, 8b), preciznije u obliku provrta, i najmanje jednu ušicu (9a, 9b), navedena je ušica (9a, 9b) oblikovana za umetanje u takvo udubljenje (8a, 8b), naznačen time što su najmanje jedno udubljenje (8a, 8b) i najmanje jedna ušica (9a, 9b) u svakom slučaju predviđeni jedno pored drugog na krajnjim stranama (7a, 7b).
2. Zadržni element prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što svaka krajnja strana (7a, 7b) ima prvu polovicu strane (H1) i drugu polovicu strane (H2), pri čemu je postavljeno najmanje jedno udubljenje (8a, 8b) na prvoj polovici strane (H1) i najmanje jedna ušica (9a, 9b) je postavljena na drugoj polovici strane (H2).
3. Zadržni element prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je ušica (9a, 9b) druge polovine strane (H1, H2) postavljena na krajnjoj strani (7a, 7b) prema svakom udubljenju (8a, 8b) jedne polovice strane (H1, H2) s istim normalnim razmakom (N1, N2) do uzdužne središnje osi (L) zadržnog elementa (1).
4. Zadržni element prema zahtjevu 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time što što ušica (9a, 9b) ima, u smjeru rebra ušice (12), savijeni početak ušice (11a) i kraj ušice (11b) savijen u suprotnom smjeru od početka ušice (11a), i time što je udubljenje (8a, 8b) predviđeno na uzvišenju (14) u zadržnom elementu (1), navedeno uzvišenje (14) tvori spremnik (15), dostupan kroz udubljenje (8a, 8b), za kraj ušice (11b) radi njegovog zakačenja u spremniku (15).
5. Zadržni element prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što kraj ušice (11b) ima najmanje jedan, poželjno dva, bočno stršeća jezičca (13a, 13b).
6. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što su udubljenja (8a, 8b) izvedena u obliku proreza, točnije protežu se poprečno na uzdužnu središnju os (L) zadržnog elementa (1).
7. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što su udubljenja (8a, 8b) i ušice (9a, 9b) predviđene naizmjenično jedna do druge na jednoj krajnjoj strani (7a, 7b).
8. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što su svaki od prvog i drugog nosača (6a, 6b) predviđeni u bližem području krajnje strane (7a, 7b) zadržnog elementa (1).
9. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što zadržni element (1) završava na drugom nosaču (6b), pri čemu drugi nosač (6b) strši po visini iznad prvog nosača (6a).
10. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što baza (4) tvori dodirne površine (5) ispred prvog nosača (6a) i između prvog i drugog nosača (6b) u uzdužnom smjeru zadržnog elementa (1).
11. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je baza (4) oblikovana između prvog i drugog nosača (6a, 6b) radi balastiranja zadržnog elementa (1).
12. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što baza (4) ima mnoštvo, poželjno stršećih, uzdužnih zrnaca (17).
13. Zadržni element prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što prvi i/ili drugi nosač (6b) ima pomoćno sredstvo za pozicioniranje (18) za solarni element (2) i/ili učvršćenje za kabel (19).
14. Sklop koji ima nekoliko zadržnih elemenata (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što su barem prvi i drugi zadržni element (1) spojeni jedan s drugim preko spojnih elemenata (10) istih krajnjih površina (7b).
15. Sklop mnoštva zadržnih elemenata (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što su najmanje dva zadržna elementa (1) međusobno povezana preko adapterskog elementa (100), pri čemu u tu svrhu adapterski element (100) ima na svojim krajnjim stranama spojne elemente (110) koji su oblikovani komplementarno s onima krajnjih strana (7a, 7b) dvaju zadržnih elemenata (1).
16. Sklop koji ima najmanje dva zadržna elementa (1) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, i ima najmanje jedan solarni element (2), točnije solarne module i/ili solarni kolektor, pri čemu solarni element (2) leži na nosačima (6a, 6b) dva zadržna elementa (1) postavljena neposredno jedan do drugog.
17. Solarna instalacija koja ima sklop prema jednom od zahtjeva 14 do 16.
