Claims (11)
1. Držač cijevi za montažu cijevi (10) na nosač (12), koji sadrži
- dva oslonca za noge (20, 21) koja su međusobno razmaknuta i u svakom slučaju spojiva na nosač (12);
- potporni element koji ima lamelu (30), prihvat cijevi (31) na gornjem kraju lamele i nožni dio (32) na donjem kraju lamele, pri čemu su prihvat cijevi (31), lamela (30) i nožni dio (32) integralno konfigurirani ili povezani jedan s drugim na materijalno integralni način, i pri čemu je nožni dio (32) smješten u međuprostoru između oslonaca za noge (20, 21);
- najmanje jedan izolacijski element otporan na pritisak (40) koji je postavljen između prvog oslonca za noge (20) i nožnog dijela (32), i između drugog oslonca za noge (21) i nožnog dijela (32),
pri čemu su oslonci za noge (20, 21), izolacijski element (40) i nožni dio (32) pomoću najmanje jednog elementa za pričvršćivanje (50) povezani jedan s drugim na način prianjanja, i držač cijevi, u skladu s dodatkom J norme DIN EN 13480-3:2013-11, zamišljen je da izdrži opterećenje kidanja od najmanje 2,8 kN, naznačen time što potporna površina A izolacijskog elementa (40) na nožnom dijelu (32), izraženo u [mm2], i otpornost na hladni pritisak K izolacijskog elementa prema DIN EN 826:2013-05, izražen u [N/mm2], zadovoljavaju uvjet K > 3·106 · A(-1,39).
2. Držač cijevi prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što dva oslonca za noge (20, 21) imaju u svakom slučaju prvu površinu koja se može spojiti na nosač (12), i u svakom slučaju drugu površinu koja se u smjeru cijevi (10) proteže tako da bude u biti okomit na prvu površinu.
3. Držač cijevi prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je nožni dio (32) potpornog elementa konfiguriran kao kutni presjek koji ima prvu površinu koja ide tako da bude uglavnom paralelna s nosačem (12), i drugu površinu koja se proteže tako da bude uglavnom okomita na prvu površinu i u biti paralelna s osi cijevi.
4. Držač cijevi prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je veza između nožnog dijela (32) i prihvata cijevi (31) potpornog elementa pomoću uglavnom ravne komponente oblikovana kao lamela (30).
5. Držač cijevi prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je veza između nožnog dijela (32) i prihvata cijevi (31) potpornog elementa pomoću komponente koja ima kutni presjek oblikovana kao lamela (30) koja ima prvu površinu koja ide tako da bude paralelan s drugom površinom nožnog dijela (32) potpornog elementa, i drugom površinom koja ide tako da je u biti okomita na prvu površinu.
6. Držač cijevi prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što potporni element sadrži dva prihvata cijevi (31) za primanje cijevi (10) na oslonac, koji su međusobno povezani pomoću zajedničkog nožnog dijela (32).
7. Držač cijevi prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što je nožni dio (32) potpornog elementa konfiguriran kao kutni presjek koji ima prvu površinu koja ide tako da bude u biti paralelna s nosačem (12), i drugu stranu koja se proteže tako kao da je u biti okomit na prvu površinu i u biti paralelan s osi cijevi, i pri čemu je veza između nožnog dijela (32) i odgovarajućeg prihvata cijevi (31) potpornog elementa, u svakom slučaju pomoću komponente koja ima kutni presjek, oblikovana kao lamele (30) koje imaju prvu površinu koja ide tako da bude paralelna s drugom stranom nožnog dijela (32) potpornog elementa, i drugu površinu koja ide tako da bude u biti okomit na prvu površinu.
8. Držač cijevi prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 7, naznačen time što je prva strana kutnog presjeka nožnog dijela (32) potpornog elementa razmaknuta od nosača (12).
9. Držač cijevi prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 3 do 8, naznačen time što druga površina postolja za noge (20, 21) ide tako da bude u biti paralelna s drugom površinom nožnog dijela (32) potpornog elementa, i pri čemu je izolacijski element (40) pomoću zateznog momenta od najmanje 100 Nm stegnut između dvije druge površine.
10. Držač cijevi prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što je izolacijski element (40) na svojim vanjskim stranama barem djelomično okružen kućištem (60).
11. Držač cijevi prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, koji je prema dodatku J norme DIN EN 13480-3:2013-11 zamišljen da izdrži opterećenje kidanja od najmanje 6,4 kN, naznačen time što potporna površina A od izolacijskog elementa (40) na nožnom djelu (32), izražena u [mm2], i otpornost na hladni pritisak K izolacijskog elementa prema DIN EN 826:2013-05, izražena u [N/mm2] ispunjavaju uvjet K > 2·106 · A(-1,28).
