Claims (11)

1. Postupak za oporabu metala koji sadržava bakar i/ili plemeniti metal iz materijala koji sadržava metal, uključujući sljedeće korake: • izluživanje materijala koji sadržava metal s pomoću alkalne otopine koja ima pH od najmanje 9 i koja sadržava sredstvo za izluživanje koje sadržava aminokiselinu ili njezin derivat kako bi se proizveo eluat koji sadržava metal i • izdvajanje metala iz eluata, pri čemu aminokiselina sadržava glicin u koncentraciji od najmanje 0,01 M.
2. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1., pri čemu metal sadržava plemeniti metal, a korak izluživanja uključuje izluživanje materijala koji sadržava plemeniti metal s pomoću alkalne otopine koja sadržava aminokiselinu ili njezin derivat i oksidans na povišenoj temperaturi kako bi se proizveo eluat koji sadržava plemeniti metal.
3. Postupak iz zahtjeva 2., pri čemu oksidans sadržava kisik, kao što je peroksid, manganov dioksid ili plin koji sadržava kisik.
4. Postupak iz zahtjeva 3., pri čemu je oksidans vodikov peroksid, a količina vodikovog peroksida u otopini iznosi najmanje 0,005 % masenog udjela, na primjer 0,5 % masenog udjela ili više, a poželjno je maksimalno 5 % masenog udjela, na primjer maksimalno 1 %.
5. Postupak iz bilo kojih zahtjeva od 2. do 4., pri čemu otopina dalje uključuje katalizator za izluživanje koji sadržava bakrove (bakar(II)) vrste koje su poželjno prisutne u koncentraciji od najmanje 1 mM i poželjnije do 10 mM.
6. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1., pri čemu se izluživanje provodi na sobnoj temperaturi.
7. Postupak iz bilo kojih zahtjeva od 2. do 5., pri čemu se postupak provodi na povišenoj temperaturi, poželjno na najmanje 30 °C, na primjer najmanje 40 °C.
8. Postupak iz bilo kojeg prethodnog zahtjeva, pri čemu derivat aminokiseline sadržava peptid, na primjer dipeptid ili tripeptid.
9. Postupak iz bilo kojeg prethodnog zahtjeva, pri čemu je koncentracija aminokiseline u otopini za izluživanje maksimalno 2 M.
10. Postupak iz bilo kojeg prethodnog zahtjeva, pri čemu je pH unutar raspona od 9 do 13, a poželjno je da je iznad 10.
11. Postupak diferencijalnog izluživanja za oporabu bakra i plemenitog metala iz materijala koji sadržava bakar i plemeniti metal, uključujući sljedeće korake: izluživanje materijala koji sadržava bakar i plemeniti metal s pomoću alkalne otopine koja ima pH od najmanje 9 i koja sadržava sredstvo za izluživanje koje sadržava glicin ili njegov derivat u prvim uvjetima koji uključuju sobnu temperaturu i/ili odsutnost oksidansa kako bi se proizveo eluat koji sadržava bakar i ostatak koji sadržava plemeniti metal; izluživanje ostatka koji sadržava plemeniti metal s pomoću alkalne otopine koja ima pH od najmanje 9 i koja sadržava sredstvo za izluživanje koje sadržava glicin ili njegov derivat u drugima uvjetima koji uključuju povišenu temperaturu i/ili prisutnost oksidansa kako bi se proizveo eluat koji sadržava plemeniti metal; izdvajanje bakra iz eluata koji sadržava bakar i izdvajanje plemenitog metala iz eluata koji sadržava plemeniti metal.
