Claims (10)

1. Uređaj za dinamičko frakcioniranje faze raspršene u disperznoj tekućini, pri čemu navedeni uređaj sadrži: kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje, prvi priključak (321) za injektiranje kroz koji se u kanal za frakcioniranje ubrizgava prva ograničavajuća tekućina i drugi priključak (321) za injektiranje kroz koji se u kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje ubrizgava drugu ograničavajuću tekućinu, treći priključak (311) za injektiranje kroz koji se u kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje ubrizgava tekućina za ispiranje koja vrši transport disperzirane faze, gdje je treći priključak (311) za injektiranje postavljen između prvog i drugog priključka (321) za injektiranje, pri čemu prvi terminalni dio kanala (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje sadrži prvi do treći terminalni dio (241, 251) respektivno u skladu sa prvim i trećim priključcima (311, 321) za injektiranje, i pri čemu su terminalni dijelovi (241, 251) od prvog do trećeg dimenzionirani tako da prva i druga ograničavajuća tekućina imaju prvu i drugu unaprijed definiranu brzinu protoka i da tekućina za ispiranje može imati treću unaprijed definiranu brzinu protoka, pri čemu je treća unaprijed definirana brzina protoka veća od prve i druge brzine protoka tako da tekućina za ispiranje ograniči i zadrži između prve i druge ograničavajuće tekućine; pri čemu navedeni uređaj dalje sadrži: najmanje jedno sredstvo (441) za kontrolu prvog toka koje je u fluidnoj vezi sa prvim do trećim priključcima (211, 321) za injektiranje i koje je prilagođeno da kontrolira protok tekućine za ispiranje pri trećoj unaprijed definiranoj brzini protoka; pri čemu je navedeno najmanje jedno sredstvo (441) za kontrolu prvog toka dalje prilagođeno da kontrolira protok prve ograničavajuće tekućine pri prvoj unaprijed definiranoj brzini protoka i da kontrolira protok druge ograničavajuće tekućine pri drugoj unaprijed definiranoj brzini protoka; gdje je navedeni uređaj naznačen time: što je širina osnove prvog i drugog terminalnog dijela (251) koji respektivno odgovaraju prvom i drugom priključku (321) za injektiranje u opsegu od 25% do 50% širine osnove trećeg terminalnog dijela (241) koji odgovara trećem priključku (311) za injektiranje, pri čemu izraz "osnova terminalnog dijela" označava dio terminalnog dijela koji je povezan sa kanalom za frakcioniranje; i što su prva i druga unaprijed definirana brzina protoka prve i druge ograničavajuće tekućine u opsegu od 5% do 25% treće brzine protoka tekućine za ispiranje.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu su dijelovi od prvog do trećeg terminalnog dijela (241, 251) konfigurirani tako da su njihove odgovarajuće uzdužne osi paralelne jedna drugoj i uzdužnoj osi kanala (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje tako da tekućina za ispiranje može teći paralelno sa prvim i drugim ograničavajućim tekućinama.
3. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, pri čemu su dijelovi od prvog do trećeg terminalnog dijela (241, 251) u obliku luka.
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, koji dalje sadrži priključak (331) za injektiranje uzorka namijenjen za ubrizgavanje faze disperzirane u disperznoj tekućini u kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje, gdje je priključak (331) za injektiranje uzorka postavljen tako da omogućava ubrizgavanje disperzirane faze u tekućini za ispiranje u kanalu (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje.
5. Postupak za dinamičko frakcioniranje faze disperzirane u disperznoj tekućini, pri čemu navedeni postupak obuhvaća korake: ubrizgavanja prve ograničavajuće tekućine kroz prvi priključak (321) za injektiranje i druge ograničavajuće tekućine kroz drugi priključak (321) za injektiranje u kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje, gdje se prva i druga ograničavajuća tekućina dovode prvom i drugom unaprijed definiranom brzinom protoka, ubrizgavanja tekućine za ispiranje radi dovođenja mobilne faze u kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje kroz treći priključak (311) za injektiranje koji se nalazi između prvog i drugog priključka (321) za injektiranje, gdje se tekućina za ispiranje dovodi trećom unaprijed definiranom brzinom protoka, pri čemu je treća unaprijed definirana brzina protoka veća od prve i druge unaprijed definirane brzine protoka, tako da tekućina za ispiranje ograničava između prve i druge ograničavajuće tekućine, naznačen time: što su prva i druga unaprijed definirana brzina protoka prve i druge ograničavajuće tekućine u opsegu od 5% do 2 5% treće brzine protoka tekućine za ispiranje.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, pri čemu se prva i druga ograničavajuća tekućina i tekućina za ispiranje ubrizgavaju u kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje respektivno u skladu sa prvim do trećim terminalnim dijelovima (241, 251) prvog krajnjeg dijela kanala (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5 ili 6, pri čemu prva i druga unaprijed definirana brzina protoka prve i druge ograničavajuće tekućine iznose 10% od treće unaprijed definirane brzine protoka.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 7, koji dalje sadrži korake: pripreme uzorka disperzirane faze u disperznoj tekućini, uvođenja pripremljenog uzorka kroz priključak (331) za injektiranje uzorka u tekućini za ispiranje koji teče kroz kanal (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje, ispiranje pripremljenog uzorka iz kanala (221, 212, 222) za frakcioniranje, nakon koraka unošenja pripremljenog uzorka i prije koraka ispiranja pripremljenog uzorka, izborno prekidajući protok tekućine za ispiranje.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 8, koji dalje sadrži korak podešavanja brzine protoka tekućine za ispiranje i/ili prve i druge ograničavajuće tekućine na osnovu uvjeta frakcioniranja i/ili tipa ubrizganog uzorka.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 5 do 9, pri čemu disperzirana faza sadrži biološki materijal, poželjno stanice i/ili matične stanice.
