Claims (7)
1. Spremnik (10) izrađen od termoplastičnog materijala za skladištenje i transport tekućih ili slobodno tekućih sadržaja, koji je spremnik proizveden u procesu injekcijskog puhanja, te je na otvoru spremnika (28) na vrhu (30) spremnika, opremljen sa zavarenim spojnim dijelom čepa koji je prethodno proizveden u postupku injekcijskog prešanja i ima unutarnje navoje za zatvaranje otvora spremnika (28) koji se nalaze na gornjem kraju,
naznačen time što
- je na strani spremnika oblikovan skraćeni zavareni spojni čep (32) koji se oblikuje u procesu injekcijskog puhanja, obuhvaća otvor spremnika (28) i ima prstenastu površinu za zavarivanje (14) koja je okrenuta koso prema gore s kružnim unutarnjim rubom (16) i kružnim vanjskim rubom (18),
- dio spojnog čepa, prethodno proizveden u procesu injekcijskog prešanja, oblikovan je kruta zavarena glava s navojem (12) s unutarnjim navojem (20) pomoću nakupljanja materijala i
- ima odgovarajuću prstenastu površinu za zavarivanje (22) okrenutu koso prema dolje s kružnim unutarnjim rubom (24) i kružnim vanjskim rubom (26),
- dvije prstenaste površine za zavarivanje (14, 22) su materijalno spojene jedna s drugom na čvrst i neodvojiv način
i
s normalnim uspravnim postavljanjem spremnika (10), vanjski rubovi (18, 26) dviju površina za zavarivanje (14, 22) koje leže jedna na drugoj - promatrano u vodoravnoj ravnini - postavljeni su više od unutarnjih rubova (16, 24) dviju površina za zavarivanje (14, 22).
2. Spremnik (10) prema zahtjevu 1,
naznačen time što
je prstenasta površina za zavarivanje (14) na strani spremnika oblikovana kao konkavna, a prstenasta površina za zavarivanje (22) postavljena s vanjske strane čvrste glave za zavarivanje s navojem (12) oblikovana je kao konveksna.
3. Spremnik (10) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što
vanjska strana glave za zavarivanje s navojem (12) - promatrano u vodoravnoj ravnini - ima oblik kupole barem u području svoje prstenaste površine za zavarivanje (22) i prstenasta površina za zavarivanje (14) na strani spremnika ima odgovarajuću negativnu konturu nalik kupoli.
4. Spremnik (10) prema zahtjevu 1, 2 ili 3,
naznačen time što
vanjska strana glave za zavarivanje s navojem (12) ima gotovo potpuno kupolasti oblik.
5. Spremnik (10) prema zahtjevu 1, 2, 3 ili 4,
naznačen time što
je prstenasta površina za zavarivanje (14) na strani spremnika postavljena na gornjem rubu zavarenog spojnog čepa (34) koji je u obliku skraćenog zavarenog spojnog čepa (32) izravno na otvoru spremnika (28) na vrhu (30) spremnika.
6. Spremnik (10) prema zahtjevu 1, 2, 3, 4 ili 5,
naznačen time što
je prstenasta površina za zavarivanje (14) na strani spremnika postavljena na gornjem rubu zavarenog spojnog čepa (32) koji je skraćenog oblika i obuhvaća otvor spremnika (28) na vrhu (30) spremnika, pri čemu je zavareni spojni čep (32) oblikovan kao standardni zavareni spojni čep s istim promjerom za konvencionalne spojne čepove od 3⁄4-inča, 2-inča i 3-inča, bez obzira na veličinu spremnika, na koji zavareni spojni čep je odgovarajuće prilagođena i zavarena standardna glava za zavarivanje s navojem (12) vanjskog promjera između 65 mm i 70 mm, čiji je otvor (36), koji ima unutarnji navoj, oblikovan za upotrebu spojnog čepa od 3⁄4-inča, 2-inča ili 3- inča.
7. Spremnik (10) prema zahtjevu 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ili 6,
naznačen time što
kruta glava za zavarivanje s navojem (12) prethodno proizvedena u postupku injekcijskog prešanja ima boju, npr. crvenu kao oznaku sadržaja opasne robe, koja se razlikuje od boje spremnika (10).
