Claims (14)

1. Sustav koji sadrži: poboljšani čvor (engl. Node) B, eNode B, koji sadrži: sredstvo za određivanje indikatora kvalitete kanala, CQI (engl. Channel Quality Indicator), konfiguraciju za korisničku opremu, UE (engl. User Equipment), pri čemu CQI konfiguracija označava prioritet za izvještaje informacija o stanju kanala, CSI (engl. Channel State Information) izvještaje, koji se šalju od strane UE za periodično izvještavanje o fizičkom uzlaznom kontrolnom kanalu, PUCCH (engl. Physical Uplink Control CHannel), u podokviru, pri čemu je svaki od mnoštva CSI izvještaja povezan s odgovarajućim od mnoštva nositelja komponenti, a svaki od mnoštva nositelja komponenti ima pridruženi prioritet; sredstvo za prijenos CQI konfiguracije na UE; UE koja sadrži: sredstvo (343) za prijem CQI konfiguracije od eNode B; sredstvo (330) za određivanje, na osnovu CQI konfiguracije, treba li prenijeti najmanje dva od mnoštva izvještaja informacija o stanju kanala, CSI izvještaja, i pod uvjetom da je odluka pozitivna, odbacivanje najmanje jednog CSI izvještaja nižeg prioriteta od mnoštva CSI izvještaja, pri čemu: CSI izvještaj koji sadrži indikator ranga, RI (engl. Rank Indicator), ima viši prioritet u odnosu na jedan ili više CSI izvještaja koji sadrže indikator kvalitete kanala, CQI (engl. Channel Quality Indicator), i CSI izvještaj koji sadrži RI za nositelja komponenti s najvišim pridruženim prioritetom ima viši prioritet u odnosu na jedan ili više CSI izvještaja koji sadrže RI za odgovarajućeg nositelja komponenti nižeg pridruženog prioriteta; i sredstvo (347) za prijenos, nakon odbacivanja, najmanje jednog prioritetnog CSI izvještaja od mnoštva CSI izvještaja na PUCCH u podokviru do eNode B.
2. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu sredstvo eNode B za prijenos CQI konfiguracije na UE funkcionira tako da prenosi CQI konfiguraciju putem signalizacije kontrole radio resursa, RRC (engl. Radio Resource Control).
3. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu eNode B dodatno sadrži: sredstvo za prenošenje naredbe za aktivaciju na UE za aktiviranje jednog od mnoštva nositelja komponenti.
4. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, pri čemu UE dodatno sadrži: sredstvo za prijem naredbe za aktivaciju od eNode B.
5. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, pri čemu UE dodatno sadrži: sredstvo za prijenos najmanje jednog prioritetnog CSI izvještaja od mnoštva CSI izvještaja nakon što je naredba za aktivaciju primljena od eNode B.
6. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, pri čemu je najmanje jedan prioritetni CSI izvještaj, koji prenosi UE, povezan s jednim od mnoštva nositelja komponenti koji su povezani s naredbom za aktivaciju.
7. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, pri čemu se naredba za aktivaciju prenosi od strane eNode B na UE putem signalizacije sloja kontrole pristupa mediju, MAC (engl. Medium Access Control).
8. Postupak koji obuhvaća: određivanje, od strane poboljšanog čvora B, eNode B, indikatora kvaliteta kanala, CQI, konfiguracije za korisničku opremu, UE, pri čemu CQI konfiguracija označava prioritet za izvještaje informacija o stanju kanala, CSI izvještaje, koji se šalju od strane UE za periodično izvještavanje o fizičkom uzlaznom kontrolnom kanalu, PUCCH, u podokviru, pri čemu je svaki od mnoštva CSI izvještaja povezan s odgovarajućim od mnoštva nositelja komponenti, a svaki od mnoštva nositelja komponenti ima pridruženi prioritet; prijenos, od strane eNode B, CQI konfiguracije na UE; prijem, od strane UE, CQI konfiguracije od eNode B; određivanje (210), od strane UE, na osnovu CQI konfiguracije, treba li prenijeti najmanje dva od mnoštva izvještaja informacija o stanju kanala, CSI izvještaja, i pod uvjetom da je odluka pozitivna, odbacivanje (217) najmanje jednog CSI izvještaja nižeg prioriteta od mnoštva CSI izvještaja, pri čemu: CSI izvještaj koji sadrži indikator ranga, RI, ima viši prioritet u odnosu na jedan ili više CSI izvještaja koji sadrže indikator kvaliteta kanala, CQI, i CSI izvještaj koji sadrži RI za nositelja komponenti s najvišim pridruženim prioritetom ima viši prioritet u odnosu na jedan ili više CSI izvještaja koji sadrže RI za odgovarajućeg nositelja komponenti nižeg pridruženog prioriteta; i prijenos (220), od strane UE, nakon odbacivanja, najmanje jednog prioritetnog CSI izvještaja od mnoštva CSI izvještaja na PUCCH u podokviru do eNode B.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, pri čemu je prijenos CQI konfiguracije na UE od strane eNode B putem signalizacije kontrole radio resursa, RRC.
10. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, dodatno obuhvaća: prijenos naredbe za aktivaciju na UE od strane eNode B, za aktiviranje jednog od mnoštva nositelja komponenti.
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, dodatno obuhvaća: prijem, od strane UE, naredbu za aktivaciju od eNode B.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, dodatno obuhvaća: prijenos, od strane UE, najmanje jednog prioritetnog CSI izvještaja od mnoštva CSI izvještaja nakon što je naredba za aktivaciju primljena od eNode B.
13. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu je najmanje jedan prioritetni CSI izvještaj, koji prenosi UE, povezan s jednim od mnoštva nositelja komponenti koji su povezani s naredbom za aktivaciju.
14. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, pri čemu se naredba za aktivaciju prenosi na UE od strane eNode B putem signalizacije sloja kontrole pristupa mediju, MAC.
