Claims (11)
1. Postupak prijenosa informacije unutar sinkronog područja električne energetske mreže (100), pri čemu se ta električna energetska mreža (100) sastoji od jednog ili više uređaja za napajanje (106) postavljenih da osiguravaju električnu energiju do mreže (100) i/ili da potroše električnu energiju iz električne mreže (100) putem odgovarajućih jednog ili više priključaka između odgovarajućih uređaja za napajanje (106) i električne mreže (100), pri čemu električna energija teče u električnu mrežu (100) u skladu s frekvencijom mreže, pri čemu je frekvencija mreže podložna slučajnom šumu uslijed fluktuacije takve da frekvencija mreže varira unutar frekvencijskog opsega, pri čemu taj postupak sadrži slijedeće:
moduliranje, koristeći modulirajuće uređaje na jednom ili više priključaka, protoka energije između električne energetske mreže (100) i jednog ili više uređaja za napajanje (106) sukladno obrascu reguliranja koji predstavlja informaciju koju treba prenijeti,
pri čemu moduliranje koje kao rezultat ima obrazac frekvencijskog moduliranja koji je iznad frekvencije mreže da bi se osigurao analogni ili digitalni prijenosni signal koji ima navedenu informaciju kodiranu u njoj,
naznačen time, što:
moduliranje energetskog protoka između električne energetske mreže (100) i jednog ili više uređaja za napajanje (106) osigurava obrazac moduliranja koji ima varijaciju frekvencije u odnosu na frekvenciju mreže koja je manja od navedenog frekvencijskog opsega.
2. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je svaka od distributivnih skupina uređaja za napajanje (106) priključena na električnu energetsku mrežu (100), i taj postupak sadrži:
moduliranja energetskog protoka do i/ili od svakog od više uređaja za napajanje (106) sukladno obrascu reguliranja, tako da se potrošnja i/ili osiguravanje napona pomoću više uređaja za napajanje (106) koordinira da bi se osigurao kolektivni nosač signala koji je detektabilan pomoću jednog ili više prijemnih uređaja.
3. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1 i patentnom zahtjevu 2, koji sadrži:
prijem, od upravljača (122) postavljenog za generiranje podataka indikativnih za informaciju koju treba prenijeti toj električnoj energetskoj mreži (100), prvih podataka koji pokazuju prvu informaciju koju treba prenijeti; i
generiranje kontrolnog uzorka na temelju primljenih prvih podataka.
4. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu, pri čemu obrazac regulacije predstavlja niz upravljačkih signala za reguliranje prekidača, pri čemu se taj prekidač postavlja tako da se protok energije do i/ili od uređaja za napajanje (106) uključi ili isključi sukladno regulacijskom signalu, i taj postupak sadrži reguliranje prekidača sukladno nizu regulacijskih signala.
5. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži integriranje u navedeni signal nosača jedan ili više identifikatora koji odgovaraju navedenom jednom ili više prijemnih uređaja.
6. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži integriranje u navedeni signal nosača jedan ili više identifikatora koji odgovaraju navedenom jednom ili više prijemnih uređaja.
7. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 6, pri čemu se:
svaki od jednog ili više identifikatora odnosi na specifični odgovarajući prijemni uređaj kojem informaciju treba prenijeti; i
svaki identifikator je dostupan samo navedenom uređaju za napajanje (106) i odgovarajućem specifičnom prijemnom uređaju.
8. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 7, pri čemu:
jedan ili više identifikatora sadrži više tipova identifikatora, pri čemu se svaki tip identifikatora odnosi na različito svojstvo prijemnog uređaja; i pri čemu više tipova identifikatora uključuje jednu ili više od: geografskih lokacija, funkcionalne karakteristike uređaja, vlasničke skupine, mrežne adrese, raspon mrežne adrese mreže, kod telefonske zone i telefonski broj.
9. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži moduliranje energetskog protoka između električne energetske mreže (100) i jednog ili više uređaja za napajanje (106) da bi se osigurao obrazac moduliranja koji ima varijaciju frekvencije u odnosu na frekvenciju mreže koja je manja od 10 mHz; manja od 1 mHz; manja od 500 µHz; ili manja od 100 µHz.
10. Uređaj za provođenje postupka sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9.
11. Računalni program, uključujući upute za provođenje, da bi se na kompjuteriziranom uređaju, proveo postupak sukladno bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9.
