Claims (14)
1. Filtarski aparat (100) za filtriranje tekućine iz plina, koji sadrži:
kućište (110) koje ima ulaz za plin (114) i izlaz za plin (116);
prvi filtarski medij (124) smješten u kućištu (110);
drugi filtarski medij (134) smješten u kućištu (110); i
prvi sabirni bazen (128) smješten na putu protoka između prvog filtarskog medija (124) i drugog filtarskog medija (134), pri čemu je definiran put za omogućavanje protoka plina iz ulaza za plin (114), kroz prvi filtarski medij (124), pored prvog sabirnog bazena (128), kroz drugi filtarski medij (134), i do izlaza plina (116),
pri čemu prvi filtarski medij (124) ima veličinu pora koja je veća od veličine pora drugog filtarskog medija (134), i
pri čemu su prvi filtarski medij (124) i drugi filtarski medij (134) postavljeni međusobno pod kutom koji nije nula.
2. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što prvi filtarski medij (124) je medij koji se spaja.
3. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je drugi filtarski medij (134) hidrofobni medij.
4. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što su prvi filtarski medij (124) i drugi filtarski medij (134) montirani, redom, na kućište (110).
5. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je prvi filtarski medij (124) konfiguriran tako da kapljice tekućine prikupljene prvim filtarskim medijem (124) mogu pasti gravitacijom u prvi sabirni bazen (128).
6. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što je drugi filtarski medij (134) konfiguriran tako da kapljice tekućine prikupljene drugim filtarskim medijem (134) mogu pasti gravitacijom u prvi sabirni bazen (128).
7. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1, koji dalje sadrži drugi sabirni bazen (229), i naznačen time što kapljice tekućine prikupljene drugim filtarskim medijem (134) mogu pasti gravitacijom u drugi sabirni bazen (229).
8. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je gustoća filtracije prvog filtarskog medija (124) u rasponu od približno 1 mikrona do 5 mikrona.
9. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što je gustoća filtracije drugog filtarskog medija (134) u rasponu od približno 0.1 mikrona do 0.2 mikrona.

Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što kućište (110) definira prvi otvor (126) ispod prvog filtarskog medija (124), i drugi otvor (132) ispod drugog filtarskog medija (134), s prvim i drugim otvorima (126, 132) dimenzioniranima tako da kapljice tekućine padaju kroz otvore, ali je spriječeno prskanje iz bazena u drugi medij (134).
11. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što prvi filtarski medij (124) sadrži materijal od stakloplastike, i/ili gdje drugi filtarski medij (134) sadrži PTFE materijal.
12. Metoda filtriranja tekućine iz plina, koja se sastoji od:
propuštanje plina kroz filtarski medij koji se spaja;
prikupljanje tekućine filtrirane filtarskim medijem koji se spaja kako bi se formirao prvi filtrirani plin;
propuštanje prvog filtriranog plina kroz hidrofobni filtarski medij kako bi se dobio drugi filtrirani plin;
i
prikupljanje tekućine filtrirane hidrofobnim medijem
pri čemu filtarski medij koji se spaja ima veličinu pora koja je veća od veličine pora hidrofobnog filtarskog medija, i
pri čemu su filtarski medij koji se spaja i hidrofobni filtarski medij postavljeni međusobno pod kutom koji nije nula.
13. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time što je drugi sabirni bazen (229) definiran kućištem (110), odvojenim od prvog sabirnog bazena (128).
14. Aparat (100) prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što je kućište (110) postavljeno duž okomite osi tijekom uporabe, i pri čemu su prvi (124) i drugi (134) filtarski medij postavljeni pod odgovarajućim kutom koji nije nula u odnosu na okomitu os.
