Claims (11)
1. Višeslojna plastična folija (1), posebice višeslojna plastična kompozitna folija, na bazi plastičnog reciklata (reciklirana plastika) te sa svojstvima nepropusnog sloja u odnosu na vodenu paru i/ili plinove,
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od nekoliko, posebice barem tri, međusobno povezana sloja (1a, 1b, 1c),
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća prvu vanjsku foliju (1a) i drugu vanjsku foliju (1c) i metalni sloj (1b) smješten između prve vanjske folije (1a) i druge vanjske folije (1c),
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima udio plastičnog reciklata od barem 80% masenog udjela, u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1),
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima barem u značajnom udjelu jednu jedinu vrstu plastike u skladu s DIN EN ISO 11469, pri čemu je vrsta plastike s čistoćom vrste od barem 90% masenog udjela u odnosu na udio plastike višeslojne plastične folije (1),
pri čemu prva vanjska folija (1a) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od barem tri međusobno povezana sloja folije (1a1, 1a2, 1a3), povezana posebice putem koekstruzije i/ili koekstruzirana,
pri čemu druga vanjska folija (1c) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od barem tri međusobno povezana sloja folije (1c1, 1c2, 1c3), povezana posebice putem koekstruzije i/ili koekstruzirana ili ipak izrađena u obliku jednoslojne folije,
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) nanesen i/ili pričvršćen na unutrašnju stranu prve vanjske folije (1a) i/ili na strani prve vanjske folije (1a) okrenutoj drugoj vanjskoj foliji (1c),
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) proizveden putem metalizacije i/ili tankoslojne tehnike, poželjno putem parne depozicije, i
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) izrađen s debljinom sloja u rasponu od 0,001 µm do 50 µm.
2. Višeslojna plastična folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1,
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća samo plastične reciklat(e) jedne (jedine) vrste plastike, posebice plastične reciklat(e) jedne (jedine) vrste plastike u skladu s DIN EN ISO 11469; i/ili
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) osim plastičnog reciklata i metalnog sloja (1b) barem značajno obuhvaća samo sastojke iz skupine punila, bojila, pigmenata boja, mirisa, sredstava protiv blokade, lubrikanata, stabilizatora, sredstava za plastifikaciju i plastifikatora, veziva, ljepila, primarnih plastika iste vrste u skladu s DIN EN ISO 11469 kao i plastični reciklat, pomoćnih tvari i aditiva, kao i njihovih mješavina i kombinacija; i/ili
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ne sadrži niti jedan drugačiji i/ili daljnji i/ili dodatni plastični reciklat; i/ili
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ne sadrži niti jednu drugačiju i/ili daljnju i/ili dodatnu vrstu plastike, posebice niti jednu drugačiju i/ili daljnju i/ili dodatnu vrstu plastike u skladu s DIN EN ISO 11469.
3. Višeslojna plastična folija prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili patentnom zahtjevu 2,
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima (ukupni) udio plastike u rasponu od 80% do 99,95% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 82,5% do 99,5% masenog udjela, poželjno u rasponu od 85% do 99% masenog udjela, posebice poželjno u rasponu od 87% do 98% masenog udjela u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1); i/ili
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima udio metala, posebice u obliku metalnog sloja (1b), u količinama u rasponu od 0,05% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,1% do 15% masenog udjela, poželjno u rasponu od 0,2% do 10% masenog udjela, posebice poželjno u rasponu od 0,3% do 5% masenog udjela u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1), i/ili
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća sastojke odabrane iz skupine punila, bojila, pigmenata boja, mirisa, sredstava protiv blokade, lubrikanata, stabilizatora, sredstava za plastifikaciju i plastifikatora, veziva, ljepila, pomoćnih tvari i aditiva, kao i njihovih mješavina i kombinacija, u količinama u rasponu od 0,1% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,2% do 17,5% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0,2% do 15% masenog udjela u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1)
4. Višeslojna plastična folija prema nekom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) sadrži ili se sastoji od navedenih, pri čemu se sljedeći postoci mase odnose na odgovarajuću višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1) i kombiniraju na način i/ili odabiru na način da rezultiraju u 100% masenog udjela:
- plastični reciklat u količini u rasponu od 80% do 97% masenog udjela, posebice u količini u rasponu od 82% do 96% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u količini u rasponu od 84% do 95% masenog udjela;
- po potrebi primarna plastika iste vrste u skladu s DIN EN ISO 11469 kao i plastični reciklat, posebice u količini u rasponu od 0,1% do 15% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u količini u rasponu od 0,5% do 10% masenog udjela, poželjno u količini u rasponu od 1% do 9% masenog udjela;
- metal(e), posebice u obliku metalnog sloja (1b), u količini u rasponu od 0,05% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,1% do 15% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0,2% do 10% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,3% do 5% masenog udjela,
- sastojke, odabrane iz skupine punila, bojila, pigmenata boje, mirisa, sredstava protiv blokade, lubrikanata, stabilizatora, sredstava za plastifikaciju i plastifikatora, veziva, ljepila, pomoćnih tvari i aditiva, kao i njihovih mješavina i kombinacija, u količinama u rasponu od 0,1% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,2% do 17,5% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0,2% do 15% masenog udjela.
5. Višeslojna plastična folija prema nekom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima debljinu sloja u rasponu od 10 µm do 300 µm, posebice u rasponu od 15 µm do 200 µm, poželjno u rasponu od 20 µm do 180 µm, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 25 µm do 175 µm; i/ili
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima debljinu sloja od barem 10 µm, posebice barem 15 µm, poželjno barem 20 µm, osobito poželjno barem 25 µm; i/ili
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima debljinu sloja do 300 µm, posebice do 200 µm, poželjno do 180 µm, osobito poželjno do 175 µm.
6. Višeslojna plastična folija prema nekom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) i/ili metal metalnog sloja (1b) odabran iz skupine čistih metala jedne vrste metala, legura metala, mješavina metala, spojeva metala, posebice metalnih oksida, i mješavina spojeva metala kao i njihovih kombinacija, poželjno iz skupine čistih metala jedne vrste metala, legura metala, mješavina metala kao i njihovih kombinacija, posebno poželjno čistih metala jedne vrste metala; i/ili
pri čemu se metalni sloj (1b) barem značajno sastoji od ili je izrađen od čistog metala jedne vrste metala, posebice prijelaznog metala ili lakog metala, poželjno aluminija; i/ili
pri čemu se metalni sloj (1b) barem značajno sastoji od ili je izrađen od aluminija, posebice pri čemu je udio aluminija metalnog sloja (1b), u odnosu na metalni sloj (1b), barem 95% masenog udjela, posebice barem 96% masenog udjela, poželjno barem 97% masenog udjela, posebno poželjno barem 98% masenog udjela, jako posebno poželjno barem 99% masenog udjela; i/ili
pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima debljinu sloja u rasponu od 0,0015 µm do 35 µm, poželjno u rasponu od 0,002 µm do 20 µm, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,003 µm do 10 µm; i/ili
pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima debljinu sloja od barem 0,0015 µm, poželjno od barem 0,002 µm, osobito poželjno od barem 0,003 µm; i/ili
pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima debljinu sloja od do 20 µm, osobito poželjno do 10 µm; i/ili
pri čemu metal metalnog sloja (1b), u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1), postoji u količinama i/ili s udjelom u rasponu od 0,05% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,1% do 15% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0,2% do 10% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,3% do 5% masenog udjela; i/ili
pri čemu metal metalnog sloja (1b), u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1), postoji u količinama i/ili s udjelom u rasponu od barem 0,05% masenog udjela, posebice barem 0,1% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti barem 0,2% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno barem 0,3% masenog udjela; i/ili
pri čemu metal metalnog sloja (1b), u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1), postoji u količinama i/ili s udjelom u rasponu od do 20% masenog udjela, posebice do 15% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti do 10% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno do 5% masenog udjela; i/ili
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) izrađen kao barem značajno cjeloviti sloj i/ili barem značajno propusni sloj i/ili barem značajno kontinuirani sloj i/ili barem značajno neprekidni sloj i/ili barem značajno povezani sloj; i/ili
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) barem značajno izrađen bez praznina i/ili barem značajno praznina; i/ili
pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima svojstvo nepropusnog sloja u odnosu na vodenu paru i/ili plinove, posebice kisik, poželjno svojstva nepropusnog sloja u odnosu na vodenu paru i plinove, posebice kisik; i/ili
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) proizveden putem tankoslojne tehnike, posebice putem parne depozicije, termalnog prskanja ili plastične galvanizacije, poželjno putem parne depozicije, posebice putem fizičkog nanošenja parom (PVC) ili kemijskog nanošenja parom (CVD); i/ili
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) proizveden putem metalizacije i/ili tehnika metalizacije; i/ili
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) nanesen i/ili pričvršćen na unutrašnju stranu prve vanjske folije (1a) i/ili na stranu prve vanjske folije (1a) okrenutu drugoj vanjskoj foliji (1c), posebice putem metalizacije i/ili tenkoslojne tehnike, poželjno putem parne depozicije, i/ili posebice s debljinom sloja u rasponu od 0,001 µm do 50 µm, posebice u rasponu od 0,0015 µm do 35 µm, poželjno u rasponu od 0,002 µm do 20 µm, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,003 µm do 10 µm, i/ili posebice u količinama i/ili s udjelom u rasponu od 0,05% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,1% do 15% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0,2% do 10% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,3% do 5% masenog udjela u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1), i/ili posebice kao aluminijski sloj.
7. Višeslojna plastična folija prema nekom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) proizveden zamućeno, posebice zamućeno u odnosu na područje valnih duljina vidljivog svjetla, posebice pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima zamućenost od barem 10%, posebice barem 20%, po mogućnosti barem 25%, osobitno poželjno barem 30%, osobito u skladu s DIN 53146; i/ili
pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima optičku gustoću u rasponu od 1 do 5, posebice u rasponu od 1,5 do 4, poželjno u rasponu od 2 do 3, osobito u skladu s JIS K7605; i/ili
pri čemu (sveukupna) debljina slojeva vanjskih folija (1a, 1c) iznosi 60% do 99,9%, posebice 70% do 99,5%, poželjno 80% do 99,5%, osobito poželjno od 85% do 99% ukupne debljine slojeva višeslojne plastične folije (1); i/ili
pri čemu odnos debljina slojeva prve vanjske folije (1a) / metalnog sloja (1b) / druge vanjske folije (1c) varira u rasponu od 50-90: 0,5 – 20 : 30 – 60; i/ili
pri čemu prva vanjska folija (1a) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od barem tri međusobno povezana sloja folije (1a1, 1a2, 1a3), povezana posebice putem koekstruzije i/ili koekstruzirana; i/ili
pri čemu druga vanjska folija (1c) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od barem tri međusobno povezana sloja folije (1c1, 1c2, 1c3), povezana posebice putem koekstruzije i/ili koekstruzirana ili ipak izrađena u obliku jednoslojne folije ili je izrađena, posebice plastične jednoslojne folije po mogućnosti na bazi plastičnog reciklata ili kao jednoslojna tekstilna folija; po mogućnosti pri čemu druga vanjska folija (1c) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od barem tri međusobno povezana sloja folije (1c1, 1c2, 1c3), povezana posebice putem koekstruzije i/ili koekstruzirana.
8. Višeslojna plastična folija (1), posebice višeslojna plastična kompozitna folija, na bazi plastičnog reciklata (reciklirana plastika) te sa svojstvima nepropusnog sloja u odnosu na vodenu paru i/ili plinove prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od nekoliko, posebice barem tri, međusobno povezana sloja (1a, 1b, 1c),
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća prvu vanjsku foliju (1a) i drugu vanjsku foliju (1c) i metalni sloj (1b) smješten između prve vanjske folije (1a) i druge vanjske folije (1c),
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima udio plastičnog reciklata od barem 80% masenog udjela, u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1),
pri čemu vanjske folije (1a, 1c) obuhvaćaju svaka slojeviti kompozit od barem tri međusobno povezana sloja folije (1a1, 1a2, 1a3,1c1, 1c2, 1c3), povezana posebice putem koekstruzije i/ili koekstruzirana, i
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) nanesen i/ili pričvršćen na unutrašnju stranu prve vanjske folije (1a) i/ili na strani prve vanjske folije (1a) okrenutoj drugoj vanjskoj foliji (1c);
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) proizveden putem metalizacije i/ili tankoslojne tehnike, poželjno putem parne depozicije; i/ili
pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima debljinu sloja u rasponu od 0,001 µm do 50 µm, posebice u rasponu od 0,0015 µm do 35 µm, poželjno u rasponu od 0,002 µm do 20 µm, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,003 µm do 10 µm; i/ili
posebice pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) u količinama i/ili u udjelu u rasponu od 0,05% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,1% do 15% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 0,2% do 10% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,3% do 5% masenog udjela u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1), i/ili
posebice pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) izrađen kao aluminijski sloj i/ili posebice pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) izrađen ili se u značajnom udjelu sastoji od aluminija, po mogućnosti pri čemu je udio aluminija metalnog sloja (1b), u odnosu na metalni sloj (1b), barem 95% masenog udjela, posebice barem 96% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti 97% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno barem 98% masenog udjela, baš osobito poželjno barem 99% masenog udjela.
9. Višeslojna plastična folija (1), posebice višeslojna plastična kompozitna folija, na bazi plastičnog reciklata (reciklirana plastika) te sa svojstvima barijere u odnosu na vodenu paru i/ili plinove prema nekom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća slojeviti kompozit od nekoliko, posebice barem tri, međusobno povezana sloja (1a, 1b, 1c),
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) obuhvaća prvu vanjsku foliju (1a) i drugu vanjsku foliju (1c) i metalni sloj (1b) smješten između prve vanjske folije (1a) i druge vanjske folije (1c),
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) ima udio plastičnog reciklata od barem 80% masenog udjela, u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1),
pri čemu vanjske folije (1a, 1c) obuhvaćaju svaka slojeviti kompozit od barem tri međusobno povezana sloja folije (1a1, 1a2, 1a3,1c1, 1c2, 1c3), povezana posebice putem koekstruzije i/ili koekstruzirana;
pri čemu višeslojna plastična folija (1) dodatno obuhvaća adhezivni sloj i/ili ljepljivi sloj (1d), posebice pri čemu se adhezivni sloj i/ili ljepljivi sloj (1d) nalazi između metalnog sloja (1b) i druge vanjske folije (1c), po mogućnosti pri čemu je adhezivni sloj i/ili ljepljivi sloj (1d) nanesen i/ili pričvršćen na unutrašnju stranu druge vanjske folije (1c) i/ili na stranu druge vanjske folije (1c) okrenutu prvoj vanjskoj foliji (1a) i povezan i/ili slijepljen s metalnim slojem (1b), posebice povezan i/ili slijepljen po punoj površini; i
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) nanesen i/ili pričvršćen na unutrašnju stranu prve vanjske folije (1a) i/ili na stranu prve vanjske folije (1a) okrenutu drugoj vanjskoj foliji (1c);
pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) proizveden putem metalizacije i/ili tankoslojne tehnike, poželjno putem parne depozicije; i/ili
pri čemu metalni sloj (1b) ima debljinu sloja u rasponu od 0,001 µm do 50 µm, posebice u rasponu od 0,0015 µm do 35 µm, poželjno u rasponu od 0,002 µm do 20 µm, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,003 µm do 10 µm; i/ili
posebice pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) u količinama i/ili u udjelu u rasponu od 0,05% do 20% masenog udjela, posebice u rasponu od 0,1% do 15% masenog udjela, poželjno u rasponu od 0,2% do 10% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno u rasponu od 0,3% do 5% masenog udjela u odnosu na višeslojnu plastičnu foliju (1), i/ili
posebice pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) izrađen kao aluminijski sloj i/ili posebice pri čemu je metalni sloj (1b) izrađen ili se u značajnom udjelu sastoji od aluminija, po mogućnosti pri čemu je udio aluminija metalnog sloja (1b), u odnosu na metalni sloj (1b), barem 95% masenog udjela, posebice barem 96% masenog udjela, po mogućnosti 97% masenog udjela, osobito poželjno barem 98% masenog udjela, baš osobito poželjno barem 99% masenog udjela.
10. Upotreba višeslojne plastične folije u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva za proizvodnju ambalažnog materijala i/ili kao ambalažni materijal;
posebice pri čemu se višeslojna plastična folija koristi u obliku ravne folije, cjevaste folije ili polu-cjevaste folije; i/ili
posebice pri čemu se višeslojna plastična folija koristi u obliku vanjskog pakiranja, crijeva, torbi ili vrećica; i/ili
posebice pri čemu se višeslojna plastična folija koristi za ambalažu rasutih materijala, posebice odabranih iz skupine (biljne) zemlje, gnojiva, malča, humusa, sredstava za pranje, ljepila, peleta, granulata, prašaka, higijenskih proizvoda, proizvoda za domaćinstvo i kućanskih pribora, ili pak za higijensku primjenu; i/ili
posebice pri čemu se višeslojna plastična folija koristi za svrhe ambalaže i/ili kao ambalažni materijal u području neprehrambenih proizvoda (non-food-sektor).
11. Ambalažni materijal, koji obuhvaća barem jednu višeslojnu plastičnu foliju u skladu s nekim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva;
posebice pri čemu se ambalažni materijal i/ili višeslojna plastična folija koriste u obliku ravne folije, cjevaste folije ili polu-cjevaste folije; i/ili
posebice pri čemu se ambalažni materijal i/ili višeslojna plastična folija koriste u obliku vanjskog pakiranja, crijeva, torbi ili vrećica; i/ili
posebice pri čemu se ambalažni materijal i/ili višeslojna plastična folija koriste za ambalažu rasutih materijala, posebice odabranih iz skupine (biljne) zemlje, gnojiva, malča, humusa, sredstava za pranje, ljepila, peleta, granulata, prašaka, higijenskih proizvoda, proizvoda za domaćinstvo i kućanskih pribora, ili pak za higijensku primjenu; i/ili
