Claims (16)
1. Spoj, koji ima strukturu prema formuli II

i njegove soli i solvati,
pri čemu je R1 atom halogena, odabran između klora, broma i joda, R2 i R3 su -O-CH3, R4 je -COOH, -C(O)OR5 i -C(O)NR5R6, i R5 i R6 su neovisno vodik, C1-C4-alkilna skupina, C2-C4-alkenilna skupina, C2-C4 alkinilna skupina i fenilna skupina.
2. Spoj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je struktura prema formuli III

i njegove soli i solvati.
3. Postupak za proizvodnju spoja prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, koji sadrži sljedeće korake:
a) uzgoj bakterije odabrane iz skupine koju čine:
i) bakterijski izolat deponiran prema Budimpeštanskom ugovoru kod DSMZ-a dana 7. travnja 2016. godine pod brojem depozita DSM 32287; i
ii) bakterija koja je blisko srodna s bakterijskim izolatom i) kao što je bakterija sa sličnim genotipskim i/ili fenotipskim karakteristikama izoliranoj bakteriji;
u prikladnom mediju kulture koji sadrži morsku vodu;
b) ekstrahiranje spoja iz kulture.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što bakterija u svom genomu sadrži 16S rRNA koja reverznom transkripcijom i sintezom 2-og lanca daje sekvencu koja je najmanje 80% identična sekvenci prikazanoj u SEQ ID NO 1.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3 i 4, naznačen time što korak b) sadrži centrifugiranje kultiviranih bakterija čime se dobiva stanična peleta, iz koje se ekstrahira spoj.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-5, naznačen time što se spoj ekstrahira iz stanične pelete uporabom dimetil sulfoksida (DMSO).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 3-6, naznačen time što je medij kulture PM6, izborno sa umjetnom morskom vodom.
8. Uporaba izolirane bakterije za proizvodnju spoja prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačena time što je bakterija odabrana iz skupine koju čine:
a) bakterijski izolat deponiran prema Budimpeštanskom ugovoru kod DSMZ-a dana 7. travnja 2016. godine pod brojem depozita DSM 32287; i
b) bakterija koja je blisko srodna s bakterijskim izolatom a) kao što je bakterija sa sličnim genotipskim i/ili fenotipskim karakteristikama izoliranoj bakteriji.
9. Uporaba prema zahtjevu 8, naznačena time što blisko srodna bakterija u svom genomu sadrži 16S rRNA koja reverznom transkripcijom i sintezom 2-og lanca daje sekvencu koja je najmanje 80% identična sekvenci prikazanoj u SEQ ID NO 1.
10. Farmaceutski pripravak koji sadrži spoj prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, i farmaceutski prihvatljiv jedan ili više nosača i/ili ekscipijenata.
11. Spoj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2 za uporabu u terapiji.
12. Spoj prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2 za uporabu kao antimikrobno sredstvo.
13. Spoj za uporabu prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 11-12, za liječenje bakterijske infekcije kod subjekta, koji sadrži davanje spoja prema zahtjevu 1 ili farmaceutskog pripravka prema zahtjevu 9 navedenom subjektu.
14. Spoj za uporabu prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što je bakterijska infekcija uzrokovana bakterijom otpornom na više lijekova.
15. Spoj za uporabu prema zahtjevu 14, naznačen time što je bakterijska infekcija uzrokovana Gram-pozitivnom ili Gram-negativnom bakterijom.
16. Ne-medicinski postupak za ubijanje ili inhibiciju rasta bakterije, koji sadrži korak dovođenja spoja prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2 ili pripravka prema zahtjevu 10 u kontakt s bakterijom koju treba ubiti ili inhibirati.
