Claims (12)
1. Kontaktna mlaznica za lučno zavarivanje s najmanje jednim kanalom (2) koji prolazi kroz kontaktnu mlaznicu (1) za primanje žice za zavarivanje (3), pri čemu kanal (2) ima poluokrugli poprečni presjek, pri čemu kanal (1) ima zvjezdasti, višestruki poprečni presjek s konveksno zaobljenim stranicama (4), pri čemu je osnovni oblik kanala (2) poligon s najmanje 3 kuta, unutar kojeg se nalazi kanal (2), pri čemu konveksno zaobljene stranice (4) imaju barem djelomično lučni presjek polumjera (R, R1),
naznačena time što konveksno zaobljene stranice (4) imaju središnji dio (11) i rubne dijelove (12, 13) koji graniče sa središnjim dijelom (11), pri čemu su središnji dijelovi (11) konveksno zaobljeni i rubni dijelovi (12, 13) su konfigurirani kao ravne linije, pri čemu rubni dijelovi (12, 13) tangencijalno graniče sa središnjim dijelom (11),
pri čemu središnje točke (M) lukova nalaze se izvan poligona, pri čemu su rubni dijelovi (12,13) svaki kraći od središnjeg dijela (11).
2. Kontaktna mlaznica prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što višestruki profil ima neparan broj od najmanje 5 zaobljenih stranica (4).
3. Kontaktna mlaznica prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što lukovi imaju uglavnom identičan polumjer (R, R1) unutar opsega proizvodnih tolerancija.
4. Kontaktna mlaznica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačena time što je polumjer (R, R1) u rasponu od 0,5 do 4 mm.
5. Kontaktna mlaznica u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time što radijalno unutarnje točke (8) zaobljenih stranica (4) višestrukog profila ograničavaju unutarnji krug (7), čiji promjer (D1) je 15 do 20% veći od promjera (D2) žice za zavarivanje (3).
6. Kontaktna mlaznica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time što je polumjer (R, R1) lukova veći od polumjera unutarnjeg kruga (7).
7. Kontaktna mlaznica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačena time što su džepovi (9), koji su zaobljeni u svojoj najdubljoj točki (10), raspoređeni između susjednih strana (4) višestrukog profila.
8. Kontaktna mlaznica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačena time što je ekstrudirani profil ili izvučeni profil.
9. Kontaktna mlaznica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time što se sastoji od hladno vučenog materijala.
10. Kontaktna mlaznica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time što se sastoji od bakra ili bakrene legure.
11. Kontaktna mlaznica prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što se sastoji od CuCrZr i ima tvrdoću od 155 - 190 HBW.
12. Kontaktna mlaznica prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačena time što se s unutarnje strane sastoji od CuCrZr ili CuCoBe i s vanjske strane od druge bakrene legure ili bakra.
