本实用新型属于焊枪领域,具体是一种焊枪用导电嘴。它包括导电嘴本体,导电嘴本体的内设置有有焊丝过孔,该焊丝过孔与设在导电嘴本体端面的端口连通,所述的焊丝过孔内设置有至少两条向中心轴向内凸的凸条。本实用新型的优点是焊丝与导电嘴内孔的接触面从单线面接触变为至少条线接触;增加了导电面积,提高焊丝与导电嘴的导电率,延长导电嘴的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型属于焊枪领域,具体是一种焊枪用导电嘴。 
背景技术
导电嘴是焊接设备的易损件,是焊枪最尾端部分,导送焊丝的金属嘴,叫导电嘴。一般是用紫铜或者铬锆制造。铬锆铜的材质优于紫铜,更为耐用,曾经日本用陶瓷作为导电嘴,后来因为性能等问题被淘汰了。 
尤其是应用在MIG/MAG焊焊枪的导电嘴,由于一般的导电嘴内孔为圆孔焊丝通过时与导电嘴的接触为单线接触,这样的接触方式导致焊丝与导电嘴内孔孔壁接触面积小,影响焊丝导电,导电嘴的使用寿命短。 
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,提出一种用于MIG/MAG焊焊枪的焊枪用导电嘴。 
本实用新型提供了如下技术方案: 
焊枪用导电嘴,它包括导电嘴本体,导电嘴本体的内设置有有焊丝过孔,该焊丝过孔与设在导电嘴本体端面的端口连通,所述的焊丝过孔内设置有至少两条向中心轴向内凸的凸条。 
所述的凸条设置有五条,五条凸条将过丝孔排列成五角星形。 
本实用新型的优点是焊丝与导电嘴内孔的接触面从单线面接触变为至少条线接触;增加了导电面积,提高焊丝与导电嘴的导电率,延长导电嘴的使用寿命。

如图1、图2所示,焊枪用导电嘴,它包括导电嘴本体1,导电嘴本体1的内设置有有焊丝过孔2,该焊丝过孔2与设在导电嘴本体1端面的端口4连通,所述的焊丝过孔2内设置有至少两条向中心轴向内凸的凸条3。 
所述的凸条3设置有五条,五条凸条将过丝孔排列成五角星形。

2.根据权利要求1所述的焊枪用导电嘴,其特征在于:所述的凸条设置有五条,五条凸条将过丝孔排列成五角星形。
