Claims (17)
1. Stimulacijski uređaj za estetski tretman korištenjem vremenski promjenjivog magnetskog polja i radiofrekventnog polja za osiguravanje mišićne kontrakcije i zagrijavanja najmanje jedne biološke strukture, pri čemu uređaj za stimulaciju sadrži:
- najmanje jedan prvi sklopni uređaj (11),
- najmanje jedan prvi uređaj za pohranu energije (13),
- najmanje jedan prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12), i
- najmanje jedna prva radiofrekventna elektroda, pri čemu
prvi sklopni uređaj (11) je konfiguriran za pražnjenje prvog uređaja za pohranu energije (13) kako bi osigurao protok električne struje do prvog uređaja za generiranje magnetskog polja (12),
prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja koji je konfiguriran za generiranje dvofaznih impulsa vremenski promjenjivog magnetskog polja, koji se koristi za magnetsku obradu, s gustoćom magnetskog toka u rasponu od 0.2 do 7 Tesla, trajanjem impulsa u rasponu od 10 do 1000 µs i stopu ponavljanja magnetskih impulsa u rasponu od 1 do 700 Hz,
pri čemu svaki impuls sadrži jedan impuls vremenski promjenjivog magnetskog polja; pri čemu je vremenski promjenjivo magnetsko polje koje generira prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja sposobno uzrokovati kontrakciju mišića;
pri čemu uređaj za stimulaciju nadalje sadrži generator HF frekvencije za osiguravanje energije za radiofrekventno liječenje;
pri čemu je najmanje jedna prva radiofrekventna elektroda konfigurirana za generiranje radiofrekventnog polja kako bi se zagrijala barem jedna ciljna biološka struktura na temperaturu u rasponu od 37 °C do 60 °C.
2. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema zahtjevu 1,
naznačen time što,
pri čemu uređaj za stimulaciju nadalje sadrži najmanje jedan prvi aplikator (5) koji sadrži najmanje jedan prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) i najmanje jednu prvu radiofrekventnu elektrodu.
3. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što,
najmanje jedna prva radiofrekventna elektroda je konfigurirana za generiranje radiofrekventnog polja u rasponu od MHz do stotine GHz.
4. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
barem jedan prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) je ravan uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja.
5. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj nadalje uključuje tekući medij konfiguriran za hlađenje najmanje jednog prvog uređaja za generiranje magnetskog polja (12), pri čemu je tekući medij osiguran ulazom koji se nalazi u blizini najmanje jednog prvog uređaja za generiranje magnetskog polja (12).
6. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
pri čemu uređaj za stimulaciju uključuje više aplikatora pri čemu se veći broj aplikatora može postaviti jedan u odnosu na drugi u najmanje dvije međusobno nagnute ravnine.
7. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
pri čemu je uređaj za pohranu energije konfiguriran da se puni na tisuće volti.
8. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj sadrži prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) i drugi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12),
pri čemu je svaki od prvog i drugog uređaja za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) konfiguriran za generiranje vremenski promjenjivih magnetskih polja i prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) nalazi se u prvom kućištu prvog aplikatora (5) i drugom magnetskom polju uređaj za generiranje (12) nalazi se u drugom kućištu drugog aplikatora (5).
9. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema zahtjevu 8,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj sadrži prvi aplikator (5) s prvim uređajem za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) i prvu radiofrekventnu elektrodu, i uređaj za stimulaciju nadalje sadrži drugi aplikator (5) s drugim uređajem za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) i drugom radiofrekventnom elektrodom.
10. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema zahtjevu 8 ili 9,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj nadalje sadrži prvi sklopni uređaj (11) konfiguriran da omogući pražnjenje prvog uređaja za pohranu energije (13) na prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) i drugi sklopni uređaj (11) konfiguriran da omogući pražnjenje drugog uređaja za pohranu energije uređaja (13) na drugi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12).
11. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
barem jedan prvi uređaj za generiranje magnetskog polja (12) je konfiguriran da osigurava magnetsko polje istovremeno s radiofrekventnim poljem koje generira najmanje jedna prva radiofrekventna elektroda.
12. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj nadalje sadrži transmatch i balun transformator.
13. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj je konfiguriran da omogući sastavljanje više sljedećih magnetskih impulsa u omotnicu,
pri čemu je omotnica modulirana u trapezoidni oblik.
14. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema zahtjevu 8 ili 9,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj nadalje sadrži drugi sklopni uređaj konfiguriran za pražnjenje najmanje jednog prvog uređaja za pohranu energije kako bi osigurao protok električne struje do drugog uređaja za generiranje magnetskog polja.
15. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema zahtjevu 8, 9 ili 14,
naznačen time što,
pri čemu je prvi sklopni uređaj konfiguriran za pražnjenje najmanje jednog prvog uređaja za pohranu energije da osigura protok električne struje do prvog uređaja za generiranje magnetskog polja i drugog uređaja za generiranje magnetskog polja.
16. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj nadalje sadrži senzor temperature koji prati pacijenta.
17. Uređaj za stimulaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što,
stimulacijski uređaj je konfiguriran tako da omogući sastavljanje više sljedećih magnetskih impulsa u omotnicu, pri čemu je omotnica modulirana u trokutasti ili pravokutni oblik.
