Claims (17)

1. Kabel s kontinuirano transponiranim vodičem (CTC) (100), naznačen time što sadrži: više električno izoliranih žila (200), spojenih paralelno na svojim krajevima, gdje svaka žila sadrži: vodič (205); i ekstrudirani izolacijski sloj (210), oblikovan najmanje djelomično oko vodiča (205), gdje se ekstrudira izolacijski sloj (210) uglavnom bez otapala.
2. Kabel u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži vezni sloj (265), načinjen na ekstrudiranom izolacijskom sloju (260), gdje vezni sloj (265) ima niže talište nego ekstrudirani izolacijski sloj (260).
3. Kabel u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se više električno izoliranih žila (105) slaže u dvije međusobno umetnute naslage (110A, 110B), gdje svaka žila (105) uzastopno i ponavljano zauzima svaki mogući položaj unutar poprečnog presjeka CTC kabela.

7. Kabel u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se ekstrudira izolacijski sloj (210) debeo između 25 µm i 762 µm.
8. Kabel u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što više električno izoliranih žila (200) sadrži između 5 i 85 žila.

Postupak (500) tvorbe kabela s kontinuirano transponiranim vodičem (CTC) (100), naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u: tvorbi (400) više električno izoliranih žila (200), gdje se svaku žilu tvori: osiguravanjem (405) vodiča (205); i ekstrudiranjem (435) izolacijskog sloja (210) u najmanju ruku djelomično oko vodiča (205); i gdje se više žila slaže u dvije međusobno umetnute naslage (110A, 110B), tako da svaka žila uzastopno zauzme svaki mogući položaj unutar poprečnog presjeka CTC.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se tvorba više električno izoliranih žila dodatno sastoji u tvorbi (445) veznog sloja (265) na ekstrudiranom izolacijskom sloju (260) svakog vodiča, gdje vezni sloj ima niže talište nego izolacijski sloj.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što se tvorba (445) veznog sloja (265) sastoji u tvorbi veznog sloja koji sadrži najmanje jedno od (i) fenoksi smole, (ii) umrežujućeg fenoksi, (iii) fenoksi pomagača ili (iv) polisulfona.
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se ekstrudiranje (435) izolacijskog sloja (265) sastoji u ekstrudiranju jednog ili više polimernih izolacijskih slojeva.

Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se ekstrudiranje (435) izolacijskog sloja (265) sastoji u ekstrudiranju najmanje jednog od (i) polisulfona, (ii) polifenilsulfona, (iii) polisulfida, (iv) polifenilen-sulfida, (v) polieterketona, (vi) poliarileterketona ili (vii) poliamid-eterketona.
16. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se ekstrudiranje (435) izolacijskog sloja (265) sastoji u ekstrudiranju izolacijskog sloja debelog između 25 µm i 762 µm.
17. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se tvorba više žila sastoji u tvorbi između 5 i 85 žila.
