Claims (15)
1. Šprica (100) koja se sastoji od cijevi (2), klipa koji je izveden da se kreće unutar navedene cijevi (2) i stupa (1) klipa i namijenjen za pomicanje navedenog klipa u dva smjera, pri čemu navedeni stup (1) klipa sadrži glavu (8) na svom daljem kraju i naznačen time što navedeni stup (1) klipa dalje sadrži veći broj izbočenih sredstava (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima koja su aksijalno raspoređena dužinom stupa (1) klipa, pri čemu su sredstva (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima izvedena sa međusobnim centralnim rastojanjem između 3 i 20 mm, poželjno između 5 i 10 mm, a najpoželjnije između 6 i 9 mm, i pri čemu stup (1) klipa ima dužinu takvu da kada je potpuno pritisnut i spušten u odnosu na cijev (2), stup (1) klipa se pruža najmanje 8 mm od daljeg kraja cijevi (2), promatrano od donje strane glave (8).
2. Šprica (100) prema Zahtjevu 1, pri čemu navedeno sredstvo za poboljšanje (5) držanja prstima sadrži veći broj izbočenih rebara aksijalno raspoređenih dužinom stupa (1) klipa, pri čemu se navedena rebra suštinski pružaju okomito na uzdužnu os stupa (1) klipa.
3. Šprica (100) prema Zahtjevu 1, pri čemu stup (1) klipa ima krstasti poprečni presjek i pri čemu su navedena sredstva (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima izvedena u prostoru (6) definiranom od strane dva susjedna kraka (7) stupa (1) klipa u obliku krsta i pri čemu su navedeni elementi za hvatanje aksijalno raspoređeni dužinom stupa (1) klipa i leže u ravnini koja je suštinski okomita na uzdužnu os stupa (1) klipa.
4. Šprica (100) prema Zahtjevu 3, pri čemu sredstva (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima sadrži veći broj elemenata formiranih u vidu kružnih sektora i pri čemu se lukovi kružnih sektora pružaju između vrhova dva susjedna kraka (7) stupa (1) klipa.
5. Šprica (100) prema Zahtjevu 4, pri čemu su polumjeri kružnih sektora veći od dužine dva susjedna kraka (7) stupa (1) klipa.
6. Šprica (100) prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 3 do 5, pri čemu su sredstva (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima izvedena u najmanje dva prostora (6) stupa (1) klipa.
7. Šprica (100) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu sredstva (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima ima debljinu od približno 0,5-3 mm, a poželjno od približno 1 mm.
8. Šprica (100) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu su sredstva (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima izvedena duž suštinski čitave dužine dijela stupa (1) klipa koja se pruža od donje strane glave (8) do spojnog dijela (9) stupa (1) klipa.
9. Šprica (100) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu glava (8) stupa (1) klipa posjeduje sredstva za poboljšanje držanja prstima.
10. Šprica (100) prema Zahtjevu 9, pri čemu sredstva za poboljšanje držanja prstima na glavi (8) stupa (1) klipa sadrže rebra (11, 12, 13) koja se pružaju u pravcu koji je suštinski paralelan uzdužnoj osi stupa (1) klipa.
11. Šprica (100) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva, pri čemu glava (8) stupa (1) klipa ima konkavni oblik.
12. Šprica (100) prema bilo kojem od Zahtjeva 1 do 10, pri čemu glava (8) stupa (1) klipa ima konveksni oblik.
13. Komplet dijelova koji sadrži opremu za infuziju i medikament koji se primjenjuje injekcijom, pri čemu navedeni komplet za infuziju sadrži špricu (100) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahtjeva.
14. Komplet dijelova prema Zahtjevu 14, pri čemu je medikament namijenjen za liječenje hemofilije.
15. Postupak za proizvodnju stupa (1) klipa injekcijskim lijevanjem, pri čemu navedeni stup (1) klipa sadrži glavu (8) na svom daljem kraju i veći broj izbočenih sredstava (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima koja su aksijalno raspoređena dužinom stupa (1) klipa, gdje navedena sredstva (5) za poboljšanje držanja prstima imaju međusobno centralno rastojanje između 3 i 20 mm, poželjno između 5 i 10 mm, a najpoželjnije između 6 i 9 mm, i pri čemu stup (1) klipa ima takvu dužinu da kada je potpuno pritisnut i spušten u odnosu na cijev (2), stup (1) klipa se pruža najmanje 8 mm od daljeg kraja cijevi (2) promatrano od donje strane glave (8).
