Claims (20)

1. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune, sastoji se od sirovine koja sadrži otpad kamene vune, nevlaknasto anorgansko vezivo sirovine, nevlaknasto anorgansko vezivo je natrijev silikat, te agens za aktiviranje koji ubrzava proces stvrdnjavanja sirovine za briketiranje, pri čemu otpad kamene vune ima morfologiju vlakana sa vlaknima otpada kamene vune koja imaju promjer između 1 μm i 30 μm te omjer dužine vlakna u odnosu na promjer vlakna od najmanje 3:1.
2. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da sirovina dodatno sadrži rezidualne materijale i/ili goriva rezidualnog podrijetla u tragovima.
3. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da upotrijebljena sirovina ima maseni postotak između 50% i 100% otpada kamene vune, između 0% i 50% rezidualnih materijala u tragovima, te između 0% i 50% goriva rezidualnog podrijetla.
4. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je maseni udio veziva natrijevog silikata od 3% do 20% u odnosu na ukupnu masu sirovine.
5. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je maseni udio veziva natrijevog silikata od 6% do 16% u odnosu na ukupnu masu sirovine.
6. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se ester koristi kao agens za aktiviranje u masenom postotku od 0% do 4% u odnosu na ukupnu masu sirovine.
7. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se plin ugljikov dioksid koristi kao agens za aktiviranje.
8. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da je plin ugljikov dioksid koji se koristi, ambijentalni plin prisutan u prostoru za skladištenje briketa.
9. Briket koji se koristi za proizvodnju kamene vune prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da je plin ugljikov dioksid koji se koristi, umjetni plin koji se dovodi na brikete.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa koji ima karakteristike iz prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu je sirovina koja sadrži otpad kamene vune pomiješana sa nevlaknastim anorganskim vezivom da bi se oblikovao briket koji se stvrdnjava pomoću agensa za aktiviranje, nevlaknasto anorgansko vezivo je natrijev silikat, naznačen time da otpad kamene vune ima morfologiju vlakana sa vlaknima otpada kamene vune koja se koriste kao sirovina i imaju promjer između 1 μm i 30 μm te omjer dužine i promjera vlakna od najmanje 3:1, na način da se briket oblikuje bez upotrebe vlaknastih veziva.
11. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa, prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da otpad kamene vune u obliku vlakana koji se koristi kao sirovina ima gustoću između 0,18 i 0,99 g/cm3.
12. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da sirovina dodatno sadrži rezidualne materijale i/ili goriva rezidualnog podrijetla u tragovima.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da upotrijebljena sirovina ima maseni udio otpada kamene vune između 50% i 100%, rezidualnih materijala u tragovima između 0% i 50%, te goriva rezidualnog podrijetla između 0% i 50%.
14. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da se natrijev silikat koji se koristi kao vezivo dodaje sirovini u omjeru između 3% i 20% masenog udjela u odnosu na ukupnu masu sirovine.
15. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da se natrijev silikat koji se koristi kao vezivo dodaje sirovini u omjeru između 6% i 16% masenog udjela u odnosu na ukupnu masu sirovine.
16. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da je agens za aktiviranje koji se koristi za stvrdnjavanje briketa, ester koji se dodaje sirovini u masenom postotku od 0% do 4% u odnosu na ukupnu masu sirovine.
17. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da je agens za aktiviranje koji se koristi za stvrdnjavanje briketa, plin ugljikov dioksid.
18. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 17, naznačen time da se briket stvrdnjava pomoću ambijentalnog plina ugljikovog dioksida prisutnog u okolini u kojoj su uskladišteni briketi.
19. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 17, naznačen time da se briket stvrdnjava pomoću umjetnog plina ugljikovog dioksida koji se dovodi izravno na brikete.
20. Postupak za proizvodnju briketa prema zahtjevu 17, naznačen time da se briket koji je stvrdnjen pomoću plina ugljikovog dioksida, podvrgava procesu zagrijavanja kako bi se ubrzao postupak stvrdnjavanja.
